Delta has been on a fast track to rebuild and restructure our cargo division around the things the customer cares about: the accurate and reliable movement of both freight and information. We are investing in our people, with a new executive leadership team with a proven track record of performance. We are reorganizing our sales organization in Europe around Delta personnel, and have recruited new cargo operations talent with a strong process track record.
We are investing in our processes with the re-engineering of the Atlanta Gateway. We’re implementing new scanning features to bring you up-to-date information concerning your shipments and adding new product offerings, such as Cool Chain. We will bring a total transparency into the way we handle our business.
We are investing in our facilities with the overhaul of the Atlanta Gateway. We have adopted Envirotainers™ and are building a fully integrated perishables center. We are also pursuing a new, state-of-the-art facility in New York's JFK airport.
We continue to look for ways to be the best in the industry. We want to ensure that Delta Cargo doesn't just serve the customers' needs, it serves them well.

Frontier airline still is a worthy competitor by being cheaper, but they also have many added on fees for things that are free with Delta. Overall, Delta knows how to take better care of their customers and make sure everyone is satisfied.
One reason for their success is because of the commitment of the mission statement that is that the company is dedicated to the highest quality of customer service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendless, sense of individual pride and company spirit. Their low, discount air fares and bags fly, free the point to point services, and the strong fleet base which

Delta “focuses on shifting their cost structure from fixed to variable costs as much as possible.” (https://rctom.hbs.org/submission/delta-airlines-flying-high-in-a-competitive-industry/) Delta also understands the importance the importance of delivering top notch customer service to appeal to their principal demographic, business travelers. They have incorporated a training work-shop so employees have a better understanding of how to solve travel disruptions that customers deal with. Employees also learn how to help insure that baggage performance is up to par with a low amount of mishandled bags reports from customers. Delta has done this by incorporating a way for customers to track their bags using a mobile app. In the Business Travel News Delta has been ranked #1 by corporate flyers for four years in a row. I believe the business level strategies that Delta has incorporated have been a good choice for their business. Their strategies have helped them to gain a competitive advantage from customer service and great operating cost flexibility.

Every day it is becoming more and more evident that our nation is divided. Despite warnings from prominent historical figures like George Washington, we have created a great fissure in our nation that stretches from Maryland to Kansas. Where we should be one nation, united under our Constitution, we are instead the North and the South. Every day, this fissure grows and spreads, and soon, I fear, it will crack our Unites States in half. The driving force behind this rift is a controversial issue: the institution of slavery. It was initially intended by our founding fathers that slavery be slowly phased out, as even in 1775 our budding nation’s leaders had the common sense and moral compass to see that slavery is wrong. Even the proponents
