Dear Vivian T. Greve Foundation members, Thank you for your recent financial contribution that has aided me in my academic pursuit. Your contribution has facilitated my pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree. And, as you may very well know, dentistry is an integral part to our overall health care system. The positive effects which I have seen in dentistry has been a driving force to make the profession a huge part of my life. The profession allows me to attain a better quality of life, which in turn allows me to extend good deeds to those around me. I really enjoy being part of the team which restores confidence levels through a Healthy Kleen Smile.
Last year I established a blog area called Healthy Kleen Smile since
I am writing this appeal letter to inform you of the circumstances that have held me back from being the best student that I can be, over the last two terms. The my first term at AIU was in the spring of 2015. I began the term off doing well, I was achieving A’s and B’s. Then after achieving such great grades my luck turned for the worst. I became ill and then shortly after the fact my father became very ill.
Emmy Laybourne’s Monument 14, follows the main character Dean Greiber who is a junior in highschool living in the city of Monument, Colorado. Although the flow of the book is a little disconnected at times, the development of the major/minor characters was truly astounding throughout the book. The book starts out quite quickly with a weather phenomenon. The destructive hailstorm cause two buses to violently crash into each other with Dean and his brother on board. Immediately, the remaining students ranging from elementary school to highschool take refuge in a store with absolutely no adults to look after them. Not only did the hailstorm cause widespread destruction, it also disrupted a nuclear power plant causing extremely dangerous chemicals

Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451 is a classic written to show the dangers of the future of how the world of technology might result in. The book and movie both had the capability of getting this point across. But there were also key similarities and differences between each other. One of the biggest differences was that there is a school for future fireman in the movie, and not shown in the book. From this change, it resulted in how the strictness is showcased and one of Montag’s first reality check instead of him second guessing his profession after the woman’s suicide when the house was being burned.

I would like to file an appeal. On December 8.2016 my primary care physician Dr. Christopher Prihoda sent a referral to Dr. Munir Shaw, of the Memorial Herman Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, due to carpal tunnel. After being assessed Dr. Shaw then sent me to Dr. Lee Pollack for a nerve test for both hands and neck. I had spoken to an Aetna representative as well as a member of Dr. Phrihoda’s staff who stated that in most cases if a specialist sends a patient to a second specialist they are to contact my primary care physician so that a second referral is sent. If I had not been given this information I would have requested the second referral myself. Needless to say a referral to Dr. Pollack was not sent and I received a bill from

Animal Farm by George Orwell serves as both a children’s story and an allegory of the Russian Revolution and Joseph Stalin’s rule of the Soviet Union. While it provides no solutions for the problems it depicts, Animal Farm nevertheless teachers the importance of maintaining political involvement and never following a cause without paying attention to the consequences.
