It's time, my trip is today! I woke up very early in the morning. It was brisk outside. I had goosebumps all over my body. I made sure I had everything I need.Clothes, earbuds, shoes, socks and my phone of course! My family and I stepped into the car full of excitement. Before I knew it,we have arrived at the Denver international airport. The lines took years. It felt like I was getting older and older. We made it through the big line and dropped off our bags. I still had 3 hours until it was time to go. I was so hungry I could eat a horse! My family and I grabbed some Mcdonalds. After awhile, I finally boarded the plane. The plane ride was not that fun. I sat down for two and a half hours! I felt like a dog in a cage. I did get some food and soda. I ate pretzels and coca cola. My sister and I played rock, paper, scissors for most of the ride. As we landed, I got out of the plane and grabbed my bags. I ate at a restaurant called Chilis. It smelled smoky, it was a good type of smoky though. We ate and left the airport. The food was delicious! I had a juicy burger, my sisters had spicy hot wings and my Mom had fish and chips. We approached the outside of the airport. I saw my Great Grandpa in the car. I was very thrilled to meet him for the first time.He took us to the Riva Bar and Grill. The place was very fancy. It smelled …show more content…
His condo was really big. My great grandma was there as well. I slept upstairs on a bunk bed. They lived high up in the mountains. We left the house and the air smelled wonderful. Pine trees and burning wood everywhere. I took my family hike. We walked up giant hills, walked across bridges and played in the river. It was about a five-mile walk. One big loop around the mountain. We came home and My Great Grandma Susan, made a really scrumptious soup. A few days later, We drove to the "Potholes." It was a waterfall formed by the snow and erosion. It felt like a water park. we swam went down mini waterfalls

We finally arrived at might great uncle Scott's house, it was a decent sized cozy little home. We pulled into the carport beside the RV, we got out and stretch our legs for the first time and what felt like forever. We walked in and greeted a familiar face, and after hugs and sat down and caught up. On that night we decided to go to the Alamo, so I laced up my shoes and hop back into the car. After we arrive and finally found a parking spot, we began our trek
It was a sunday in August, I woke up so happy . It would be my first time out of Michigan. I was going with my big sister, my best friend and two other friends. When I say I was happy I was happier then than a baby when you give it chocolate for the first time. I said my goodbyes to my mom and I was off. We were at the checkpoint so that we could get on the bus.It was crowed and it was hot because the sun was out. It did not make it any better because the line was as long , like a giraffe's neck. We finally got checked in and took our seats on the bus. Then we hit the highway. People were yelling and laughing .We heard HONK ,HONK, BEEP, BEEP, from the cars the next 4 hours. When we finally got off the bus it felt like we
Throughout all the times I have traveled internationally, I have been somewhat relieved landing in Logan Airport because a sense of security and home pours into my body. This February, when I landed in Logan after my trip to Costa Rica, I felt miserable returning home. Pulling my luggage, I no longer cared about the materialistic items that were in my bags. I found myself taking my time, no longer feeling the urge to run through the airport. I felt like the slow pace Costa Ricans I encountered during my trip. Driving through Boston, seeing all the tall skyscrapers, I felt the rapid way of life overwhelm me.

As the summer break finished, everyone is getting ready to go back to school. Since my roommate went back to his country, I needed to go pick him up from Boston airport. His flight was in the morning before classes started by one day. When I arrived to the airport, I kept waiting for him for two hours, which is the usual time for getting investigated, but what really concerned me as that he didn’t show up for five hours! At that time, I knew he got in a big trouble. I drove back to my house and continued to calling and texting him all day long. Finally, he responded by a message that he is back in his country safely. After I read his message I was in a shock for days. It appeared that his visa got canceled by the airport police for having

We continue walking until we find a guy with a sign saying Fiesta Americana. We hop in the taxi and there we went.
Airport screening is vitally important in preventing another terrorist attack like what happened at The World Trade Center. The people that travel need to be searched for weapons or explosives. An attack that occurs in the air will result to a devastating disaster. It may seem a bit invasive and inconvenient, but airlines are all about safety and security. As we all know, airborne terrorism could lead to war as well. In addition, airport screening is an effective deterrent. The United States has yet to witness another airborne attack since September 11th 2001. Most importantly, airport screening is to stop drug trafficking through the air. The goal is to not to embarrass, humiliate or single people out. All in all, clearing any type of threat

My family and I were so excited that we didn't even sleep the night before. We spent our Thursday night watching movies and talking about what are plans were for the trip. Once the clock hit 4 o'clock in the morning , we left our house and were on our way to the airport. The airport was quiet and peaceful. I could smell the freshly brewed coffee once I set foot in the airport. We checked in, then waited patiently for our flight to board. Suddenly we heard on the overhead speaker, “Flight to New York, New York is now boarding, Flight to New York, New York now boarding.” Once we boarded the plane, we settled in and got comfy. The flight was fairly smooth with little turbulence and the sweet sound of babies crying filled my ears. Once we heard the pilot's voice telling the crew to prepare for landing, my excitement grew big.
I then said my final goodbyes to my brother and grandpa and I was off to the airport. We went through TSA to get our bags and other carry-on items checked before leaving. While waiting in the waiting area, my mom and I explored around the gift shops and mini restaurants we almost go lost but lucky we found our way back. My parents and I then went on Hawaiian Airlines to fly to Honolulu Hawaii. During the flight I mostly slept on the plane, once and a while the flight attendants would bring out drinks like guava, pineapple, orange juice and foods such as Hawaiian macadamia nuts and potato chips. After long hours of waiting I see my first glimpse of an island, it was beautiful full of green trees surrounded by the crystal blue
