Anxiety
People who are depressed often have anxiety as well. The two problems often occur together, and each can make the other worse. If you are feeling anxious, your mind may be full of busy, repetitive thoughts, which make it hard to concentrate, relax, or sleep. You may have physical symptoms, such as headaches, aching muscles, sweating and dizziness. Anxiety may cause physical exhaustion and general ill health.
Effects of depression
When someone is found in such a condition the primary effects observed are the various signs and symptoms caused by a particular situation, thought, physical state, emotions or actions which brought about the depression.

Depending on how we think about the various day by day events, we are all affected. Thoughts usually causes great level of depression in people who are very pessimistic. Since such people are marked by little hopefulness always expecting the worst. Or it may be due to a particular event which you were to carry out and just the thought of the place where it is to take place changes your mood or the persons which you are to meet over there influence you in such a negative way. So such a situation just gives you triggers a depression. If such continues on a particular day then you can get ill. So here we see how thoughts can cause a great negative change in one based on a particular situation.
Self judgement has a great deal on your mood. Having unfair negative thoughts about yourself plays a great deal in triggering depressions. Telling yourself your doll, unintelligent, numb and judging yourself harshly in an unfair manner will bring your nothing better than depression. Such will make you not only look stupid but be downgraded by all those surrounding you. Also the thought of underestimation might lead to a depression. As it is seen beginning with a job but just the fact that you think you won’t be able to meet up with not only the time given for its delivery but the quality of the job might lead you into depression.

There is a concern with how the individual functions mentally. Since depression is a result from regular negative prejudice being input into our thinking process, our output or reactions would be negative or sad behavior.
