On December 18th 2015 at 1810 Deputy Akins responded to a theft call at 11023 Tadpole Road. Upon arrival Deputy Akins was greeted by Lyman Hinson who stated he had helped T. J Leonard Hinson rebuild a truck engine, however was never paid for the service. Mr Hinson stated he had also bailed Mr. Meyers out of jail to the sum of $725. Deputy Akins explained to Mr. Hinson that the issue was a civil matter.Mr. Hinson agreed but stated the his caregivers told him he should make the sheriff department aware of the situation
On July 27, 2015, at approximately 10:54 AM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was advised by dispatched to contact the complainant, Randy Clay, by phone in reference to a theft.
I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt spoke to a Steve Craine who stated on 06/06/2017 he saw a small silver SUV on his property. Steve stated the SUV was pulling a red 1970's model truck bed as a trailer. Steve stated he saw a white male drving and a female passenger. Steve stated the subjects were loading items from his property. Steve stated the subjects dropped all the items. Steve stated the subjects went to his neiybors Craig Chaffin's house at 25004 West 49th Street. Craig stated a female named Emma Hogen and a white male named Jerry came to his shop. Craig stated Emma and Jerry were trying to sell items out of a red truck bed. Craig stated Emma and Jerry wanted $300.00 dollars for the whole trailer full of property. Craig stated he paid Emma and Jerry $200.00 dollars and $100.00 was a check he wrote to Emma. Craig stated Emma and Craig left in a silve Geo Tracker SUV. I
On 09/02/2015, at approximately 1620 hours, your affiant and officer Moyer received a complaint at the police department from Wayne V. Kechula. Kechula was greeted at the front door by Officer Moyer. Kechula began screaming about a construction tool owned by Wesley Kacilowicz. Kechula stated the male in the vehicle he arrived with borrowed a tool and has not returned it. Kechula stated these events had occurred in Conyngham, Pennsylvania. Officer Moyer explained to Kechula several times that we have no jurisdiction of that area. Kechula became verbally hostile with Officer Moyer.
On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.
While enroute I learned Trooper Dingman was out a 30 Marie Ave investigating. I arrived and found Trooper Dingman speaking with a male & female inside of apt. #1. Trooper Dingman briefed me there was an altercation between Linda Showalter, Jessica Goose, Eli Raisch, & Valerie Hartmann. Trooper Dingman stated there was a call for service about 46 hrs. ago where Valerie reported a family member of Jessica’s was inside Valerie’s cleaning when she was accused of stealing pain medication. Valerie & Linda then confronted Jessica & Eli about it, and an argument ensured.
On 07/26/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 9635 West 71st Street for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Stephen Case who made the following statement.
Deputy’s Assignment: I was dispatched to 10608 West 73rd Street on Monday, December 11th, 2017 for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Jimmy Holman who said his vehicle was broken into and items missing.
Jones. I then asked Mrs. Havsch to step off the porch wear she had been standing since my arrival. I then informed Mrs. Havsch if Mr. Jones was in the RV, she needed to tell us due to the fact if Mr. Jones was inside the RV that Mrs. Havsch would be charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution. Mrs. Havsch at that time stated she did not know if Mr. Jones was inside the RV or not. As Sergeant Bowring and I entered the RV it was very small and confined, I walked to the rear of the RV to a small room and advised Mr. Jones if he was inside the room he needed to come out with his hands up. At that time Mr. Jones stated he was in fact there and stepped out from behind the corner of the door. At that time Mr. Jones was detained and transported to a Rains County Deputy. Mrs. Havsch was placed under arrest for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and transported to the Wood County
Deputy Martin returned to the vehicle stop location and was able to obtain vehicle driver information from the resident of 1500 Wooten Road, Larry Minchue. Mr. Minchue said the vehicle belonged to his wife and his stepson, Christopher Minchue, was the driver. Christopher Minchue, was found to have two felony Probation Revocation warrants. Deputy Martin will obtain warrant(s) for Christopher Minchue for fleeing.
On November 3, 2007, a crime was committed in Hapeville, Georgia. A mother and her son heard a commotion outside their residence house. When mother discover a man sitting inside her orange and white truck, the man threated her at gunpoint with a pistol. The female victim was told to go back inside her property. Female victim son called the police immediately to notify them of situation. Hapeville Police Department officers were dispatched to the home. A Hapeville officer on duty spotted the stolen truck less than a half mile from the location vehicle was taken from. The officer pursue the truck, and the thief exit the vehicle and started running. However, despite the fact that Atlanta Police helicopters were used in the search to cover more range, officers failed to apprehend the suspect. On 02-04-16 at approximately 1349 hours, Officer Cass #2067 and I responded to Arco gas Station located at 2171 N. Fair Oaks Avenue, Altadena in regards to a male and female arguing about $100.00. The incident occurred at 1518 N. Fair Oaks Avenue.
Prior to the onset of this incident, I had responded to the property twice and spoke with Rateau. Rateau, also admitted to damaging the door without provocation. After Deputy Matre and I escorted Rateau to my marked patrol vehicle, she knowingly and intentionally stated to Deputy Matre that she would spit in his face while they were only standing approximately one foot apart. Fregin, provided Deputy Matre with a statement indicating Rateau had struck him and pulled his hair in an earlier altercation and continued to spew violent threats to do harm to

On their way out of the Hobby Shop I conducted a pat down of Offender SMITH, I.D. 23456 and Offender JONES I.D. 6789. During the pat down I observed that Offender JONES had additional personal property. The items that I found on Offender JONES were in direct violation of department policy and were confiscated at that time.
