Caesar Rodney, the first of the delegation from Delaware, was a native of that state, and was born about the year 1730. His birth-place was Dover. The family, from which he was descended, was of ancient date, and is honorably spoken of in the history of early times. Sir Richard De Rodeney accompanied the gallant Richard Coeur de Lion in his crusade to the Holy Land, where he fell, while fighting at the siege of Acre.
Many people believe that Tommy Douglas was the best Canadian with the most important contributions. There is an abundance of reasons as to why this opinion exists. One such reason was that Tommy Douglas began his career as a minister. Whilst practicing, Douglas supported and helped fellow community members. Douglas was a full time minister at the Cavalry Baptist Church in Weyburn Saskatchewan. His initial career choice brought him closer with the community as he provided his civil service. This put Douglas in a better position for his political career which was to follow. A second reason Douglas is thought of as the greatest Canadian is due to his hand in the solidification and support of the political party known as the CCF (Co-operative
Johnny Cade did not kill unlawfully and also he can’t apply for a minor committing the crime because he’s 16, one year over the limit. According to Oklahoma law, first-degree murder is a person “unlawfully and with malice aforethought causes the death of another human being.” It is also not manslaughter because it is not a homicide committed without a design to effect death and in the heat of passion, but in a cruel and unusual manner, or by means of a dangerous weapon. Johnny did not have time to think and had to stab Bob to save Ponyboy’s life. Ponyboy was being drowned and to save him, Johnny had to commit the act of homicide. It lists that it was a justifiable homicide because it means that homicide is legal when committed in the lawful

The home still stands at 4404 S. 175th Street, in the neighborhood called McMicken Heights. Growing up, Gary had an issue with wetting the bed. According to the victim and Ridgway, he laughed as he walked away saying, “I always wondered what it would be like to kill someone” (Ridgway).
I was shocked to hear that in 1863 38 Sioux men were killed, ordered by President Lincoln 2 days after he signs the emancipation of proclamation. The terrible injustice the Oglalalakota Nation has endured and continue to this day to endure is heart wrenching. Shepard Frey’s art work is amazing and gives food for thought to those who might know of this injustice. It’s bold and straight to the point with strong pictures bring attention to issues that plaque our country. The pictures that Aaron Huey took were also shocking, I don’t understand how we declare all these natural catastrophes run in with government support but yet ignore a whole community that suffer due to founding

Three police officers were charged but only two went to trial. In the end, two of the police officers were fired — the third never made it to trial because he had committed suicide. Davis was compensated for the assault.
