I will admit that having this job unfold smoothly will directly benefit me as it will make for an easier installation, but at the same time my reasoning for stepping up to help and take the reins stems from my passion for this product line. Since being brought on to the Descender team about 3 years ago I have learned a lot about it and become increasingly passionate about it.
As you know I have been with the company for over 11 years now with the aspiration to retire from CIS many years down the road. I have worked my way up literally from the bottom where I started as a general laborer sweeping the shop floor. Since then I have gained a wide variety of shop and field experience and as well works as a planner estimator for over a year. This is an asset to the Product Management Team as I bring dedication and a drive to learn and be the best possible. This drive and passion is will allow me to take the Descender Product line to the next level.
