Which makes me understand why the violins were used in the shower scene in Psycho. Music in movies can take you to many branches of your emotions. Like, in a moment of sadness you here the dramatic sad music or when you have a scene with girls having fun you have an upbeat Madonna song. A melody within a song is its backbone without the melody the “song” would be nothing but words or an interesting poem. “Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head” has this melody that is so unique to itself. To me it’s as though it’s speaking two languages because the melody sounds mellow and happy. The mellow melody has helped relieve a lot of my personal anxiety. Music relives us from sad days and can keep us feeling happy. Music for me has been very important as reach the end of my senior year. I feel as though I have never really had so much happen to me at one time in such a short period. I currently have two jobs, stuff going on in my personal life, and haven’t slept more than 5 hours a night for the past two weeks. It has been overwhelming but this song itself helped me when I felt I was most frustrated. I listened to this song and realized my obstacles right now can’t affect how I handle my personal emotions. No, it’s not easy to have this mentality but those raindrops are falling on my head, they keep falling (David, Hal & Bacharach, Burt 1969) and I can’t really control these outside obstacles but I can maintain a positive outlook and be okay on the inside because I know It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me (David, Hal & Bacharach, Burt 1969) . I have also found myself connecting with god recently something that I felt I had lost. So I just did me some talking to the sun and I said I didn't like the way he got things
