I have had numerous leadership positions throughout my high school and post high school career that can prepare me to be a conference assistant. First and foremost, I was the president of chess club for three consecutive years and that most importantly taught me organization and planning. It taught me to carefully plan events so that it runs as fluid as possible. Secondly, being a climbing coordinator taught me how to work in a fast paced environment.
