The morning started as it normally does, I woke up, ate breakfast, and walked to school. When I arrived everything was different, I looked around and saw police cars messly parked and swat trucks with the swat team marching out. There were people being thrown into the was back of a truck that had “all hail boxing day” spray painted on the side of the vehicle. I saw some members of the swat team marching towards me, I ran, ran as fast as a cheetah chasing its next meal. I didn 't get far because I wasn 't in very good shape so I couldn 't run. I ended up hiding in an alleyway under a dumpster so I could catch my breath. I stayed there for a little while until the cop cars and swat team were so far away i could no longer hear their sirens. I left the T.V on, left the room and when I returned I noticed the channel had changed to an emergency broadcasting. The broadcast began to list the people who had been so called “boxed”. I watched anxiously to see if any of my family members had been taken. My eye caught two of the names stated Darrel Dough, and Sherry Dough, my parents. I couldn 't believe that my parents were gone, what was I going to do. I ended up calling my uncle sugar up to see if he could stay with me until found my parents. All of a sudden I heard a knock on the door, it scared me so much I tripped on my own foot and hit my head, golly did that hurt. In seconds I was back on my feet and was running so fast even a cheetah couldn’t catch up to me. I knew I was bad at running, but for some reason I wasn 't tired and was moving with great agility. I guess it was a run or be hung instinct that all donuts are born with kicking in. I bolted into my basement, slammed the door shut, locked all 10 of the locks on the door and hid in a corner, behind a bunch of stacked cardboard storage bins, until the banging stopped. I heard some voices upstairs, the sound was muffled so I couldn 't comprehend what the people were saying.
