In the beginning, there was darkness. Nothing but an endless empty space. There were two beings in charge of that empty space and their names were Deus and Diablo. Deus decided one day that he was bored of all the empty space so he made light and instantly, light reached out to the furthest corners of the universe. He was happy. Deus decided that when the light was on, it would be called night and when it was light out, it would be called day. The next day, it was Diablo’s time to make something. Diablo didn’t like all the empty space, so he decided to fill it with a giant sphere made out of rocks, dirt, and water. He called this sphere, Earth. He made more spheres of all different sizes and placed them all around the universe. He called them
In the beginning there were two worlds. The lower world, and the upper world. Everything existed in total darkness. The upper world was to hold mankind, and the lower world was where all of the monsters lived. A woman gave birth too twins. One twin was the good mind and the other was the evil mind. The good mind
In the beginning when darkness ruled the universe hideous daemons reined the planet for several millennia till the light caused the daemons to vanish, which lead to believe they were destroyed.
There has been many models of the universe over time. During this paper, I will describe four of the models, along with evidence and observations that supported them. One of the four models is the flat earth model. This model is portrayed as a flat surface enclosed in a dome, where the sun, moon, and stars move across the dome. The sky appears as merely a curtain to conceal the heavens. Some observations that support this model are the fact that the earth does indeed appear flat when a person looks at it, and the Sun and Moon arc across the sky. The flat earth model was created in the 12th century during Europe’s “Dark ages,” and was heavily influenced by the bible and Catholic church. The bible speaks of the “dome of the heavens” and the “corners
Every culture in the world has their own beliefs on how modern Earth was created. They all include the same main idea, that some great force in the sky created the land, water, creatures, plants, the sun, moon and all the stars. They also believe that there is a heaven that was created to separate the living from the dead. For instance, the Iroquois believed in two separate worlds; one was dark and a ‘monster’ ruled over it, which could symbolize satan and the underworld. Mankind lived in the upper world though and a lady conceived and gave birth to two twins, one was evil while the other was good. The good mind created everything good in the world, including the sun, moon, stars, creeks, rivers, and many species of animals and fish, and a
When it came to the initial state of earth before it was fully created, “the book of Genesis” states desolate waste was covered in darkness while in Enuma Elish states chaos enveloped in darkness, but once darkness has been developed each story creation of the world day by day are exactly the same. Day one light was created for both stories, day two a firmament was created with a rigid dome over the earth, day three dry land was created, day four the sun, moon and stars were created, day five the first man and woman are created and day six god or gods finally rest.
Earth was created thousands upon thousands of years ago and according to these religions, by a powerful being or beings. When these individuals created their worlds, the reasons were all varied. God, from the Bible, created the Earth out of the loneliness he was in beforehand. In West Africa's account the Olorun help create Earth with tree roots. These beings created Earth because they wanted to do something with the water abyss that lay below them. Amun, the Egyptian god of creation, was said to have created the land, which was known as Ben-ben and created other gods. Amun created the globe out of his obligation to create due to his nature as the creation god. The Cherokee believed that the Earth was created because of the animals wanting of rest. A water beetle carried the mud that was at the bottom of the watery void, and stacked it until it became the landmass that all creatures inhabit. With these creation stories beginnings, they share common thoughts. These ancient Tales have common threads that run between
In the beginning, there was nothing but chaos. There was lightness and darkness. There was empty space, but somehow it was filled. The matter was a bull that scattered around the empty void with no purpose or direction, but somehow it was still. There was no man, there was no Earth, and there was no Universe; there was only Shrek.
In the beginning, the universe was a black egg where heaven and earth were mixed together, and in this egg was contained Pangu. He felt suffocated, so he cracked the egg with a broadax, and the light, clear part of the egg floated up to form Heaven while the cold, heavy part stayed down and formed Earth. Pangu stood in the middle, and he and the egg's two parts grew and grew until he was nine million li in height.
At first there was nothing. Only the will of the universe, some would name Fate. It was Fate that brought one of the first Gods into existence, Earth. When Earth was made he looked around and decided that nothing was too empty and created one planet. A planet so big that it filled the nothing with ease.
On the first day God creates the foundation on which the rest of the earth and surrounding universe is built. This begins with his command let there be light'. He then goes on to separate the light from the darkness, naming them night and day.
The first thing he created was light, but of course there was still darkness, but the light and the dark were separated. Light was called “day”, and dark was called “night”. He made the sun to rule the daytime. For the night He made the moon and the stars.
In its existence, the universe has been in a continuous cycle of creation, devastation and re-creation. There is no starting, or a conclusion to the cycle, nor did it have a starting and nor will it ever end. Every single physical item and energy is made and obliterated in an always equal sum. At a certain point in this 'Cycle of the Universe ' two gods, Unga and Mortis were reawakened. By their own particular qualities and convictions the number 2 was very sacred, thus when they started building their kingdom of light they manufactured everything in sets of contrary energies: the zones of domain being the sky and the earth and the strengths that permit sight being Light and Darkness as samples. Unga was a god of happiness, light, and took pride in what he can accomplish. Mortis was the exact opposite; however, he did take delight in destroying what Unga creates. The two Gods had feelings and psychology as we do, thus they got to be extremely bored without a threat or issue to succeed. Be that as it may, as a result of these feelings they felt curious and elated towards the almost empty universe around them. Thus the two gods started making a complete universe of delight and satisfaction that was without destruction and evil. They chose to make a planet that they would share together. This planet would have the capacity to bolster life for a large number of years to come. At first Unga made the components of earth, which were composed of fire, wind, water and energy while

In the beginning, (according to Chinese Mythology) the heavens and earth were one. The universe was a big black egg and after 18,000 years it split. The light part floated up and became the heaven and the turbid matter became the earth. In heaven King Guo Xin (King in charge of Earth) hated King Fang. He announced that whoever cut off and brought him the head of King Fang could marry his daughter, the princess. King Guo Xin’s dog, Pan Gu, heard of the news and cut off the head of King Fang then, he brought it to King Guo Xin. King Guo Xin ordered that Pan Gu got some fresh meat, but he didn’t eat it. He only slept for three days. King Guo Xin was confused and asked Pan Gu if he was doing this because he wanted to marry the princess. Pan Gu
In the beginning of time there was all singularity packed with a ball of energy. Then it blew up. This was called the big bang. The universe & planets were formed. Some people think that we were made by bacteria from space. Years after years, revolution happened, well they were right because I was there & this is about me.
