Background of the Study Mental health is defined as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”. Also mental health is an expression of our emotions and signifies a successful adaptation to a range of demands. It describes either a level of cognitive or emotional well-being or an absence of a mental disorder. To classify the patients to rehabilitate and to identify the treatment needed it will depend to its level or degree of their sickness. The level of sickness is classified into mild mental disorder, moderate mental disorder, severe mental disorder and profound mental disorder. Most mental hospitals treat patients according to those levels of sickness. The government are successfully establish different institutions and hospitals that concerning mental problem and mental health. It provides basic needs such different facilities for different activities for treatment and medication, proper hygiene, food and medicine. But in times, other hospitals encounter and recognize other problem rather than continuous increase of patients is the behavioral problem of patients in the hospital. The patients become more depress and experience trauma to their surroundings. By this condition a lot of study will conducted, and it fall into information that the environment has a big impact to negative and positive condition of patients in a mental hospital. The environment offer therapy for patients but if the environment is uncomfortable it will also give patients negative emotions. For this study, the need of a mental hospital is to cater large number of patients and to offer therapeutic environment to help them for treatment and fast recovery. Because
