The fourth objective is to disseminate the right information to the right individuals at the right critical project times. Meaning, the stakeholders must receive the correct information that is relevant to the project schedule, budget and costs, while the project team members must receive the appropriate information concerning scheduled tasks, available resources, risk analysis as well as with assessment planning and implementation proceedings.
