Chapter 1: Losing your best friend sucks, even if it's only for three months and two days. Tally is keeping track of the months and days until she will become a pretty and be able to see her best friend Peris again. Chapter 2: She sighed, closing her eyes. Without an interface ring, she was nobody. The elevator wouldn't listen. Tally has an interface which is a device that allows her to use or interact with other devices in her world but because she is in Pretty Town and does not have her interface ring she will not be able to close the elevator.
