Concept 2.1 Matter consists of chemical elements in pure form and in combinations called compounds
Every individual is different in a specific way. Like people, substances have unique qualities, such as properties, which aid chemists to differentiate and identify the particular components the substances consists of. These particular qualities are identified as either physical or chemical properties. Physical properties are properties which do not require a chemical change of its composition in order for the substance to be classified. A few examples of physical properties include color, density, odor, boiling point, melting
If the unknown mixture were a mixture of two metals then the flame color would be different and it would be impossible to identify the metal based on the flame color.
Marketing mix -The marketing mix is commonly used marketing term. Its elements are basic, strategic components of a marketing plan. Which is mentioned as the four p’s, which include Price, place, product and promotion. More recently 3 more P’S have been added to the marketing mix which are people, process and physical evidence this is known as the extended marketing mix.
A compound had a constant composition and as a hydrate it is considered a pure substance. According to the law of definite proportions, a compound always contains the same elements in the same proportions by mass, regardless of the amount of the sample, where it was found, or how it was prepared. The hydrate contains water molecules that are not easily detected by the naked eye, it looks rather dry and
Marketing mix is the set of controllable tactical marketing tools which that the firm blends to produce the response it wants in the target market.
The marketing mix is the set of controllable, tactical marketing tools that a company uses to produce a desired response from its target market. It consists of everything that
The analyses of mixture were to distinguish and identify homogeneous mixture by using the techniques of decantation and sublimation. By performing these techniques, we examined our solutions such as SiO2 (sand), NH4Cl (ammonium chloride), and NaCl (sodium chloride) and mixed H2O (water) with each solution after being heated. After examining our solutions, we made calculations by finding the percent mass of each solution once the experiment was completed. In our findings, we were able to determine the mass of the determined and the percent recovery of matter. The outcome of the experiment was that we made the correct
A ‘product mix’ is the line of similar products a company offers, all of which may have different purposes. There are certain aspects of a product mix, including:
A product mix is the entire assortment of products that a firm offers. For example the IPod Shuffle which offers the following product mix; the device itself, the technology platform (the MP3 Format or storage system used by the shuffle), the product line to which the product belongs (Apple IPod line of MP3 music players) and the product category to which the offerings belong (MP3 players as opposed to IPhones for example).
One of the most important concepts of marketing is the marketing mix. The marketing mix must be delivered in the right way to the right people at the right time, it is important that all elements are given equal and balanced importance and managed. The marketing mix is considered as the blend and batter of the ingredients which determines the appreciation by the consumers.
Atoms are the building blocks for all living and non-living substances. All atoms of form a chemical element and when these elements are put together, in countless combinations, these atoms give all known forms of matter. Molecules are groups of atoms bonded together, representing the smallest fundamental unit of a chemical compound that can take part in a chemical reaction. A compound is a substance that is formed with two of more atoms that a chemically bonded together. A mixture is a substance that is made up of two substances but the substances are not chemically bound.
Is the matter that has specific combining parts/elements together or particular properties of matter demonstrated through a chemical change or reaction.
Beginning it off with some of the basic ideas of chemistry, the 1st chapter introduces us into the world of chemistry application and mathematically wise. But we could reiterate a weeks’ worth of lecture into possible a paragraph or two but it seems like a lot of this stuff seems very self-explanatory once you get into the big juicy parts. The basic components of the different types of mixtures and pure substances. Pure substances are divided into two categories elements and compounds.
Marketing Mix is set of tools used to describe the combinations of the four inputs that constitute the core of an organization marketing system. The four elements are: Product, Price, Place and Promotion.
