Introduction Many people experience trauma in various aspects of life. These aspects may be behavioral, social, mental and physical. The department of health and human service in the United States claims that 55-95% of women report trauma cases at some point of their life. Most abuses occur, and traumatizing situations occur in childhood and may be extended to adulthood. The trauma may come as a result of sexual abuse, family dysfunctions and parental negligence making children to develop stress and a feeling of loneliness. More women compared to men go through traumatic experiences at younger ages and a few cases recorded among the adults. According to the research done by Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), they associated trauma with emotional problems, adult diseases, social problems, health and some disability cases (Classen & Clark, 2017). Traumatized children are often withdrawn and stressed. They are not happy and are not socially active. They prefer to stay alone trying to wonder how they can solve their problems. They wonder whether the way they have to undergo the problems, they undergo unlike some of their friends who lead a normal happy life. They find it hard to accept some of their life situations and wish their lives were same as that of their friends.
