Firstly, I would like to discuss about my agreement with Oprah’s opinions in this book. Oprah shared that she loved reading the most and encouraged people to read and choose to read, because improving knowledge would help her competence to ‘reach higher ground’ (p.26). Consequently, she created ‘Oprah book club’ and help a number of unknown authors to introduce their books and suggest various worthy books to public readers through her own ‘Oprah Winfrey Show’.
