Closure, this word means finish, ending, and conclusion, to just name a few. I don’t consider this the end, but a beginning. The specialist program at ASU has provided many valuable resources through the lectures, assignments, and professional expertise provided by the instructors throughout this process. My leadership abilities have been enhanced through the rigorous set of assignments and activities I have completed over the past two to three years. I felt somewhat stagnant in my position before I began this program, but now I feel that I am capable to lead my staff and students competently and knowledgeably through my leadership abilities, thereby creating a successful learning environment that promotes student
Dispatchers are civilians who are responsible for assigning patrol cars to 911 incidents in the precincts they handle. They also monitor the status of incidents and patrol cars and input all relevant information to the central computer system. Dispatchers are typically responsible for 2 or 3 contiguous precincts. When a dispatcher receives a new incident, the information is automatically added to a computer screen for that precinct, and the job is added to the dispatch queue in priority order. When a patrol car from the precinct is available, the dispatcher will assign it to the next job in the dispatch queue. If the incident is a dangerous one, more than one car may be dispatched. All communications are via radio When a car is dispatched to a job, it first travels to the scene of the incident. If the incident is still active, the officers perform whatever tasks are called for and, when done, write up required reports and radio to the dispatcher a final status code. The amount of service time per car per incident (including travel time) varies greatly from incident to incident, but overall it averages about 30 minutes. Allocation of the 1300 car-tours among the precincts is a complex and sensitive issue. Precincts vary greatly in population, physical area, frequency of 911 calls, incidence, and type of crime and special needs. Moreover, the rate and type of
During my time at Citizens Advice Direct, I learned how to provide confidential telephone advice and information to a wide range of individuals on a variety of matters. I learned how to deal with various enquiries every day from people needing advice on debt, benefits, employment and other issues. I also learned how to research, analyse, evaluate and effectively apply large amounts of legal materials to various scenarios. More importantly I learned how to effectively communicate large amounts of legal materials to individuals.
I called the constituent and she complained about the DHS "is ripping off her SNAP for years." She know other people that make more money that she does and is receiving a lot more benefits.
Involvement with the LDP gave me a chance to lead the school in a way that was not in contradiction to my values and supported learning rather than looking for a quick fix.
I learned about the guest services supervisor role from the Indeed website. I believe that my business qualifications, administrative and supervisory experience, and strong customer service focus will make me a valuable addition to Casa Loma's team.
I am writing to apply for the 911 Dispatch position at the Nampa Police Department. I am very interested and hoping to become adept to this occupation. I am confident that I am a perfect match for this challenging position.

After taking CIPD the advance diploma level 7 course and moving into a new company to work as training and development supervisor. I started looking into things more differently. I discovered after completing this learning outcome that I have lots of gaps that I needed towards. Due to my previous experience in dealing with teams, I started reading more online about the characteristics of effective teams. Therefore, when I joined a team this time, I took the leadership of the group to ensure we are going on the right track and test my capabilities. The course made me understand that I love to take authority and I have direct style where I act like a forceful taskmaster and apply pressure on others to achieve results (evidence 1.1). I ensured
This simulation was the most challenging for me thus far. During this simulation, what resonated with me most was the importance of prioritizing and patient education. In order to successfully complete this VSIM I had to ask the patient how she was breathing despite seeing the 02 level rise and I also decided to give her a breathing mask before giving her an incentive spirometer to encourage her to cough, which in hindsight was common sense. It was surprising to find out this patient smokes even though she has a history of respiratory issues. I imagine that in a real life situation she would receive some patient education about the dangers of smoking and maybe patches to help quit. Overall, I enjoyed this VSIM because I had to correct a lot

I have had a very explorative experience in somatic’s class this semester. Through this paper I hope to expand on my experience towards internal awareness. One which I presume, I was initially very cautious of. Although I cannot say that I was simply hesitant, I admit now that I was avoidant of certain aspects, 100% certain of this fact in retrospect. One of which was closing my eyes. Fully accrediting this distaste to my strong fear aversion. Being told to relax and close my eyes was unsettling for the first few times the class was asked to let go. I did not like the idea that I was unable to see what was going on around me. I had completed hyposis mediations before this class, but I was always in the comfort confine of my room. Before I could close my eyes in class, I had to kind of glance around. In order to be convinced closing my eyes was a sure thing, I needed to see others doing it before me. With multiple activities this seemed to be the case.
From the first class this semester to our final meeting I feel that I have developed in great strides, both inside and outside of the classroom. Having the project focus on the pipeline and controversy around it, I felt was a way for me to get more involved and better educated with what was actually happening in our country. Prior to taking this clinic I had very little knowledge about the circumstances regarding the pipeline or the protests. When encountering people that wanted to discuss the issue I was unable to add any input to the conversation. Additionally, without knowing all of the facts I tended to believe that the government was doing the right thing with their decision-making. Now though after listening to in class discussion
It would like to address here in this report some the most importance elements about what I have learned in this course up to now(MSc in public service). meanwhile, it must be said that some of these knowledge acquired is due to the environment surrounding me.
