Each team has one case study presentation and one computer project presentation. You are required to submit PPT hardcopy for the case study presentation. Both the PPT hardcopy and softcopies of the related PPT, Access and Excel files for the computer project should be submitted. Please submit all your works together with the related case study cover sheet and computer project cover sheet to your tutor as follow: (For late submissions, 10% of your original marks will be deducted for each day late.)

All members of a team need to contr ` 1`ibute to the presentation. In-group evaluation form is available for you to report individual members’ abnormal contribution, if any. There is no make up for the presentation. In case of absence with legitimate reason, you are required to provide supporting documents and marks will be deducted. If there is insufficient evidence of contribution in the presentation
Provide a project charter of your selected project in accordance with the charter template found in Doc Sharing. The project will be the project your team will use for the remainder of this course.
This assignment consists of three (4) sections: a written project plan, revised business requirements document, project plan PowerPoint presentation, and a finalized project plan. You must submit the four (4) sections as separate files for the completion of this assignment. Label each file name according to the section of the assignment it is written for. Additionally, you may create and / or assume all necessary assumptions needed for the completion of this assignment.
Groups insufficiently prepared for their presentation will be penalised against this 20%. This is to ensure that the class does not have to carry groups unwilling to put sufficient effort into their preparation. If a team decides to exclude a team member, the team’s decision is final and the individual will have to submit an individual assignment for this part of his or her grade.
You have volunteered to help create an ITT Technical Institute student project management group. You have been asked by the chair of the business school to develop a simple project plan to show the intended activities, to ensure a student group will be active by the first quarter of the year. Think of a minimum of six activities that need to be completed in that timeframe, ensuring that each task has a title, duration, start and end dates, and a resource assigned to the task. Review the document in Doc Sharing entitled, NR391 Question Tips. Refer to Appendix A in your text and select five categories upon which you will concentrate for your interview guide and questions.

The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) is one departments of the US government that is saddled with the sole responsibility of promoting the economic growth of the country. It was created in 1903 and there are many goals associated with the department, but the overarching goal is to promote economic growth of the country. It promotes job creation, ensures fair and reciprocal trade as well as fostering innovation and policies that increase commercial activities in the country and beyond.

Identify the stakeholders for the case study. For each stakeholder list their name, title, role on the project (provider, reviewer, approver of requirements), influence on the project, and how they might be affected by the project.
Access control and security- This process should restrict access to the retail company’s information. There should also include user names and passwords for customers and also for company employees for administrative areas of the website. This process is critical because this will help keep a trust between the consumer and the store. And it’s gives customers the confidence to put their personal and financial information when ordering from the site and the security processes protect hackers from getting information, theft of passwords and system failures.
The PMP will act as a "Charter" between the professor (sponsor) and the team 1. As a part of the course requirement we need to deliver a presentation and want to prepare study notes on the assigned topic to meet the course requirement for EPM 2084.The purpose of this project is to prepare the study notes and deliver a presentation on the assigned topic that is, ‘develop project team’ before the class.
