Do girls have too much pressure on what their body figure looks like? One’s body is what makes us who we are. Every single person is unique due to an individual physical trait. Even though everyone has an opinion about what his or her perfect body would be, changing one’s personal features would take away from individuality. Not just your inner beauty, but your outer beauty makes you different than anyone else.
What is positive body image? Your face is the first thing that everyone notices. It communicates to the world that you are together, knowledgeable, informed, and capable with your title and position. Your face should be completely relaxed and in control. Body language is a kind of non-verbal communication, were thoughts, intensions, and feelings are expressed by physical behaviors, such as facial expressions, body posture, gestures, eye movement, touch and the use of space. Body language exist in both humans and animals. Body language comprises gesture, stance, and facial expression. These are all the more important when all eyes of an audience are upon you. When you are presenting, strong positive body language becomes an essential tool in helping you build credibility, express your emotions, and connect with your listeners. It also helps your listeners focus more intently on you and what you’re saying.
