1.0 Introduction 2.1 Background of the Study
It all started when four visionaries conceptualized setting up a training center to fill very specific manpower needs.
It was in the early ‘80s when Augusto C. Lagman, Herman T. Gamboa, Benjamin A. Santos, and Edgar H. Sarte — four entrepreneurs came together to set up Systems Technology Institute (STI), a training center that delivers basic programming education to professionals and students who want to learn this new skill.
Systems Technology Institute’s name came from countless brainstorming sessions among the founders, perhaps from Sarte’s penchant for three-letter acronyms from the companies he managed at the time.

2.0 Method

The Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or Software Development Life Cycle in systems engineering, information systems and software engineering, is the process of creating or altering systems, and the models and methodologies that people use to develop these systems. The concept generally refers to computer or information systems. Emphasis on this article (SDLC) is on man-madetechnological life-cycle.

The objective is to define the resources, project alternatives, time lines and other project related information.
The developer first discusses what they are going to do to start the research for the system that will be going to implement in the company. The developer have conducted an interview in terms of the existing reservation system of the bookshop after that all the data that the developer has gathered, they will be come up the solution on how to going to do in the system that the developer has to implement.
After interviewing the customer the developer defined all the information needed to satisfy and answer all the problems by also defining the resources needed. And set an
