I am veteran of the United States Army that deployed many times to Afghanistan, I lived in what we call forward operating bases, this forward operating bases had a secure perimeter due to the presence of physical barrier in this case a wall, in order to protect the people inside, and this solution work because it keep any threats away. We had 100 percent control of the people entering the Forward Operating Base, this kind of control reduced drastically any possibility that a foreign terrorist could enter inside the base, and cause severe casualties between the civilian and military personnel.

Terrorist have given the city five days to have a response before the city endures a major attack. This emergency operations plan will include all aspects for the city of Danville, Virginia to carry out the various roles and responsibilities of government organizations and providing a connection to the local, state, federal, and private organizations, and resources to address during emergencies. According to the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Group 1 is the first classification of a UAV. This classification includes UAVs that have a maximum weight of approximately 0-20 pounds. These two classifications of Group 1 UAVs are Micro and Nano UAVs. On average Micro/Nano UAVs has a low speed, small size, weight, and low operating altitude.
