I think Amaya deserves to be Co-Captain because she is a great leader, always on top of her work and is very creative. Amaya has talked about trying out for co captain for so long, it would mean a lot to her if she made it. Whenever I hangout with Amaya she is always showing me these cheers and dances she think are cute and that we should learn. Amaya would bring something new to the team as being co captain she has a spark that comes out when she cheers.
Sally is the encourager of the team, she encourages her team to follow through on their ideas. She gets the job done in a timely matter, but does not act as an individual that you cannot depend on. She displays a positive attitude toward the group and project. She does this by examining the project specifics and creating beneficial information the team can use in order to complete the project. She sets deadlines for the tasks at hand and encourages everyone a part of the team to complete the project in a timely matter. This individual is very organized and shows a dependable personality. As the leader of the project I would show appreciation of this role by delegating responsibilities to Sally. I would show her I have confidence in her work
In the book Practicing Greatness: 7 Disciplines of Extraordinary Spiritual Leaders, by Reggie McNeal it examines the need for strong spiritual Christian leaders in today’s society. McNeal looks at the good and bad characteristics of a leader in order to help leaders understand and develop the characteristics needed in one’s own life to be a good leader. In Arthur Miller’s short play The Crucible, one is swept on a world pool of adventures through the rampant society of the Puritans. As the plot begins to unfold, the reader is able to detect a shift in the society as the fear of witches living amongst the community compounds tensions already formed. Tension occurs in various occasions throughout the play such as neighbors arguing over one another for land, Abigail’s group of followers foreshadowing her every move and following through with her surplus demands, or even Abigail sparking the commonality of lying about seeing people with the devil. On numerous accounts one can see characters such as Abigail, Proctor, and Putnam disregard the outcomes that stem from their actions and the punishments endured by others as a result. It is evident that the effect of one’s actions on another is irrelevant and discarded when attempting to escape a problem prevalent within one’s life.
As team leader I am responsible for organising workloads on a daily basis to ensure DVLA office service targets are achieved. I prepare a rota on a weekly basis allocating staff to different duties depending on their experience and abilities. Workloads dictate which duties take priority.

To be a cheer captain, there are many responsibilities and priorities. To be a captain you have to be strong and not afraid to try new things. You need to have a great positive attitude the whole time and not let the drama start on the team. You have to make sure your team is ready for games and practices and make sure everyone knows what they are doing and if not to take it slowly until they get it. Being a captain is a lot of responsibilities but it’s an amazing opportunity. I think I am fit to be the captain, because I can bring all these priorities or tasks in with me. I know not to let my feelings drag the team down and I know that you always have to keep a smile on your face.
One of my goals is to be a leader in a business organization. Being the captain of the swim team sets a concrete foundation of what being a leader is like in a business organization. As the captain I have to make sure everyone is accounted for, keep morale high, talk about issues about an individual on the swim team, and fix said problem. This shows responsibility, character, and sympathy. These are core values that all leaders must have to be successful. Without them, they will
Even though I’m not wanting to lead the ACO, I would if need be to lead the efforts to form an ACO. I would push the issue of why ACO is needed in our community, and the benefits that the ACO will bring. The ability to improve population
Aspects Essential in Identifying the Appropriate Members for a Team and Ensuring the Team Is Successfully Launched
“In order to be a good leader, there are two things to remember. Lead from the Front and always set the Example. From these two leadership principles, everything else will fall into place.”
This year during wrestling I was captain of the team, and this was a big responsibility since being captain is a big deal. Being captain isn’t about giving commands to people as you please or hazing people who aren’t as good as you. It’s a whole lot more than that. To be a captain or leader, you must show good examples, give advice when teammates are struggling, inspire teammates, and the list goes on. Many different qualities are required to be a successful leader like having good focus, being strong, having confidence, patience, and many more qualities. In the end it all comes down to a leader leading his team to victory. Its sound easy, but it depends on the leader, and the teammates trust into that leader.
There are somethings in every culture that are universal and seen around the world. Every civilization has a structure, language, currency, and culture. Within each culture there are cuisines, customs, and dancing. Dancing is found around the world with vast numbers of genres and styles. In America, these styles can be refined into two main categories: street or stage with the same roots in dancing but have branched away from each other. The styles of street and stage dancing can be shown to compare as well as contrasted by examining the styles in their particularities of choreography and technique.
Any captain of a sports team must be committed and dedicated to their team. A
A team leader’s role is to instruct a group of people, providing directions and guidance to the team in order to ensure the completion of tasks. A good team leader will motivate and inspire his team, solving problems and empowering others to do the same. A team leader should lead by example and be able to ensure the group work well together in order to promote team spirit. They should ensure that each member of the team receives the correct training in order to perform their duties. Each individual in the team brings their own skills and specialisms to the group. A good team
When he yells, he strikes fear into his comrades. Along with leading by example, a captain should be able to speak up. When a teammate is harming the team he should speak up and let them know to stop what they are doing or to leave. A leader shouldn’t be quite and expect people to listen and follow them, he needs to speak up and take action.
