Ten minutes till the shoot was to begin, and Michael was very quickly, very desperately trying to make sure everything was ready. He ushered out the assistants, made sure the lighting in the room was perfect, that the bed was soft and comfortable, and that everything that could be sorted out, was sorted. Normally he was never this frantic or thorough over the last year or so of his career, but when it was a new model that he wanted to impress? That he wanted to encourage? Then he pulled out all the stops and made sure that everything was going to be good. He didn’t want to just wow her, he wanted to ensure a lasting, professional relationship. And to encourage her to keep being a model if that was her desire. Michael was a handsome enough
Yeah, I directed an episode of Haven in its last season. And that was something I had always been working toward even before I worked on Haven. I've shadowed directors as much as I could and as long as I could in the hopes of one day getting to direct myself. And that actually came to pass, and the experience was beyond my wildest dreams. It was just incredible. I loved it. I was terrified and just completely overwhelmed the whole time with a combination of sheer terror and pure joy. It was amazing.
Michael knew that there were people out there who would kill him for standing on that stage dressed as a woman, but it did not matter, he had the self-respect to continue forward. He took the stage and revealed himself to his peers and once they showed their acceptance of him, “his face blossomed/open” (32-33). Michael did what he wanted to do no matter what other people thought of him. Caving into the mold that society places us in is the easy route, Michael chose to make his own path by revealing his true self, showing crazy
It was a dark thursday night in April. The sky was clear enough to see the moon shining brightly along with many small circular diamonds. I’m in a dark blue Avalanche, being driven to a baseball diamond. I play for the MIlwaukee Brewers on a little league level. It’s my last game of the season, and I can’t wait for the umpire to say the words “Play Ball” (which states that the game has begun).
I have lived in only one location my entire life: Edwardsville, Illinois. A peripheral suburb of St. Louis, it stands as the rare oasis of people in a desert of corn, pinned in its own personal bubble. Due to this blend of time and isolation, I developed a natural familiarity with my hometown. But, throughout my childhood, I longed to break free from the confines of the bubble and venture outward. However, this changed last summer, as I walked through Richards Brickyard, our family heirloom, that my great-grandfather, Benjamin Richards, founded over 120 years ago. I felt these childlike sentiments slip away. The bubble that had surrounded me for so long began to vanish, and the picture that it had been obscuring was slowly revealed.
Josie, Jessica, and I were all at on our way to the homecoming game to watch the freshmen, and then varsity, play. We all bought our tickets and made our way into the game. We watched all of the freshmen game. We stayed until half time of the varsity game because we wanted to go to Taco Bell with Camie and Blaise. As we were making our way to the parking lot to get into Josie’s truck, I saw Ashley walking towards the bleachers, coming back from band.
That was a lot of money, and I didnt want to let Tony down so I got in the car and started to drive. As I drove the road was empty. I had confidence I was not going o get caught. It was a slightly wormer day out witch might have been because the sun was out. I had the windows down and was blaring music just trying to enjoy life when a cop pulls out behind me.
“Play ball.” Says the umpire as the Senior Rams take the field and the Hempstead Mustangs were getting ready to bat. This was it. This was our final chance to make all of our hard work pay off, and achieve the one main goal we all had in mind, state.
After the the first shot I took my mind went blank. The adrenaline that flowed throughout my body, the feelings of rush, excitement, and success all in one combination of emotions. These were the feelings I had no idea excited until after that moment. Although I had a slight ache in my shoulder due to the force of the 12 gauge shotgun pushing against my shoulder. I was at a lost of words my only reactions was to run, run as fast as I could to get to the dying turkey. Once there the turkey was not fully dead yet It was still flopping around and blood camp oozing out splattering me. Looking at the suffering bird I places my boot on it head to the ground, then grabbed the turkey's body pulling it so its
In his dad's closet hidden oh in a box of fun things, I don't even know what
I am currently living in Seattle, the Emerald City. Even with many wonderful aspects around this city, there are few things that I hope will change in the future. One of the problem that I faced was the gun violence.
Ignoring me, he continued, "She broke up up with me because I bought her a simple neclace for her birthday not the diamond bracelet she wanted."
It's a Friday afternoon, I plan to go to Great Wolf Lodge in an hour with my church. I see one of my friends so he says to his mom “ Hey, that's my friend” I said “Crap” So I go inside to sign in to go and see my friends just sitting in a corner on a big sofa. We are listening to music and just talking then a green bus comes.
Alright. First of all, personally, I think this AU would work better as a multi-chaptered fic, at least around 60K with more interaction, more imagery and a more complex storyline. I read the prompt and thought the schedule changes, freaking out, not knowing each other's name etc. were a good add-on to the story. It would make it more complex and thus interesting.
On the trip there Leah Anne stopped the car to get a eye-to-eye conversation showing that she takes great care in finding out Michaels past and how she can help him for the better. One night Leah Anne asked a simple question to Michael, if he wanted to stay? Michael responded " I don't like anywhere else" and sure enough she turned the guest room into a comfortable place for Michael with a bed, that he had never had before.
With his family and his passion for football, Michael has become more of a man. He finally speaks for himself as he did with the inspector lady and speaks for his family as he did when he beat up the gangsters that were insulting his “mother”. He is now more confident than before shown by
