Michael killed Sarah then it was because her autopsy shows she was four week pregnant. With that it helped piece more of why she was stabbed on her lower abdomen multiple times continuously. In New York last year, a seventeen year-old girl Sarah Littening died to multiple stab wounds to the abdomen while being four week pregnant while waiting for emergency aid she was able give a partial sketch before passing. One could use inductively reason that the seventeen year-old girl died as a result of having to wait for emergency assistance. With deductive reasoning in the comparison of the two cases they both have same temperature of body heat, stab wounds, amount of time pregnant, hair color and names. With this evidence the suspect has a relationship with the victim and after find out she is pregnant he stabs them in the abdomen when they have the same dark red hair color and named Sarah. With the data I collected I can conclude that the killer has a type and this help with identifying the killer. After, months of analyzing evidence and interviewing neighbors again the evidence was not enough to arrest Mr. Michael for the murder of the two girls at this that

The ex-husband’s wife has not been known for being nice or fond of Anna Garcia, making her a suspect.
The hierarchy rule requires for a law enforcement agency to count the highest offense and ignore all others, but keeping in mind that by this rule it does not affect the number of charges the defendant will be prosecuted by the court. It’s also, when you have a defendant charged with different offenses and the police agency will choose only the highest offense. For example: a person is charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving with a Suspended Driver License and First Degree Murder. The law enforcement agency will choose the highest on the hierarchy list which is first degree murder and the agency will not report the other two because they are misdemeanors. Another great example of the hierarchy rule is the Petit Triple
You are investigating a murder that has occurred at the 1968 summer Olympics in Mexico. It was the 26th of October, and the Olympic games were coming to an end. That was also the day that a man named Edward Myles who was an American white male, came from Los Angeles to compete in the 800 meter dash was found dead in his hotel room. Edward has already competed in his sport and left with an awarding gold medal. His body was discovered at about 11pm by his roommate Peter Gellos who was a friend of Edwards and was competing in the same field. Edward’s whole body had many visible stabs, and he seemed to have a black eye. Edward’s most prized possession, his medal, was now missing from his nightstand. Prior to his death, Edward was seen downstairs
According to this article the publisher jumps back in forth about what happened or what was done. But after seeing news coverage on tv and reading into depth on this subject I believe the publisher is incorrect on a few points.

This is an attempt to unravel the tangle by an objective and empirical examination of information from crime scene and post mortem examination of the victims. Pre-digested information such as speculative newspaper reports, and statements from witnesses other than those called in a professional capacity have been avoided since theirs is largely subjective testimony that confounds more than it informs.
evidences can tell what sex, age, and race of the suspect. If the scene was not
Official Report: The Double Homicide of Holmes and Watson With the mind being one’s greatest tool, it must have the capability to take a situation, look at its composition and apply logic to find the truth; particularly when chasing down those who violate the law. A rational explanation is found using induction as it involves observing a situation and making conclusions based on the facts which will lead to a logical account of what has occurred. When looking at the case of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John H. Watson, the English detectives who were found slaughtered, induction can be used to piece together the story and produce a sound theory. The murder occurred around 2:00 am near the Glasgow shipyards. Watson was found with a laceration through
In his five-act drama Macbeth, William Shakespeare develops a world in which the most noble characters find themselves falling into the temptations of deceit and evil, following the downfall of the titular character from his position as an honorable thane to his eventual demise as a crazed king. Inspired by the prophecies of three witches that he encounters, Macbeth takes his fate into his own hands and murders the rightful king, sending him into a quick spiral into madness and death for many including himself. Some scholars argue that Macbeth in its current state may be the abridged edition, mainly basing their theories on the mysterious identity of Banquo’s Third Murderer. Critics pose interesting views concerning both the identification

Murder on a Sunday Morning is about an African American boy who was wrongly convicted of murder. He was only fifteen years old when his life changed forever. While first watching the documentary, it seems to the audience that Brenton Butler, the convicted boy, is guilty. Mr. Stephens, husband of the victim, Ann Stephens, claims that Butler came over, tried to take Anna Stephens’ purse, and then before she could comply, he raised his gun and shot her in the face. Sadly, Mr. Stephens was the only eye-witness, which is a major red flag, as he is connected to the victim. After being forced by the detective, Butler confesses. Once defense attorney, Patrick McGuinness is involved, he has Butler tell the court of his innocence and thus beings the criminal proceedings for Brenton Butler.
The world was picked up and tossed down as we witinessed the fate of Lyle and Erik lives be put on display. Months after their parents were found shot in their home on August 1989 they were arrested and now on trial for the murder. As the first responding officer to a homicide crime scene my job would be to protect the crime scene from entry of unnecessary or unauthorized persons so that physical evidence will not be altered, moved, destroyed, lost, or contaminated. So any person or persons still on the crime scene when I arrive will be asked to remove themselves or be escorted away from the crime scene and the crime scene will be roped off with official police tape. My job would not be to examine the contents of the scene but to make sure police officers, including supervisory personnel, who do not have a specific or valid reason for being at the crime scene to be regarded as unauthorized persons and not be permitted in. This is called safeguarding the crime scene, and by doing this I would be identifying and documenting the presence of the officials entering the crime scene by maintaining a Crime Scene Sign-In procedure to assure crime scene integrity and prevent unauthorized personnel.
Solving a crime is difficult for detectives. Homicides are even harder cases to solve, the only person that can really tell what happened is dead. So many people are afraid to step up as witnesses, they fear their life would be in jeopardy for helping the detectives. For homicide detectives, the first forty-eight hours is the most critical part for solving a case. After that, the probability of solving the case reduces by fifty percent. Each passing hour gives suspects more time to get away, witnesses more time to forget what they saw, and crucial evidence more time to be lost forever. There are several steps to take in solving a homicide.
1. It was a nice clear day out in the city, so I decided to go to the local cafe to get a black coffee. As i was walking i decided to take a short cut through an old alley, but halfway through the ally at the corner I happen to stumble upon a murder scene. As I got closer to further investigate the scene, I see the victims were a man and child. The man had no head, for it was laying next to the old metal trashcan that appears to have a dent in it from where his head hit it. The child appeared to be a boy maybe no older then eight or ten, with three bullet holes in his chest spaced very close together. I took a look at the boy and noticed he is barely breathing. I called 911 to report the scene, but as I do a man jumps out from inside a dumpster
