Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s (MLK) was a every influential person he led the civil rights movement to bring equality to people regardless of race. He had a strong belief in nonviolence this is why MLK fought for the civil rights movement which lead the society we have today. His dream was halfway fulfilled and we can say halfway because still today in society even though there is no segregation, people still judge and still think wrong about others. In this paper show that his dream is some what fulfilled and people of all gender, race and creed are mostly able to live in peace however there are some states that have not embrace equality. The ' 'I Have a Dream Speech ' ' given by Martin Luther King Jr,in 1963 was one of the most recognized speeches ever given because his words proved to be a touchstone for understanding the social and political upheaval of the time and gave the nation a vocabulary to express what was happening. In the speech Dr.King talks about how he wants racial Justice and an integrated society. In the “Letter From Birmingham Jail,” ' Dr. King is expressing himself about how he felt about these so called men of god are speaking towards the black population and how they are being called outsiders and strangers when they well know that they belong in the society and the fact that the men of god are agreeing at the fact that his sisters, mother, daughters, brothers, father, and sons, are not being called by their names when they walk in the
