The reporter stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling sent a 15 year old boy that Briana wanted to go to homecoming with text messages about her breast. The reporter also stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling dropped Briana off at a party she was not invited to because the host did not want to deal with her mother. The reporter stated Briana knew the owners of the home and she was not injured or harm while attending the party. The reporter stated Mrs. Sterling has been witnessed grabbing Briana’s hair, yelling, screaming, and threatening to hit her with a belt when she doesn’t perform her gymnastic stunts correctly. The worker contacted Anita Roberson who the mother of Amber Bowe and grandmother to her children. The worker asked Mrs. Bowe if she had any concerns for a Mr. William Chadwick who is the father of Amber Bowe’s younger children Jameson and Jackson. Mrs. Bowe stated “William is verbally and physically abusive the kids. Jameson has told me her dad has called her a “bitch” before because he was mad at her. DFCS worker accompanied Investigation Terry Smith to 317 West Main St, Sardis, MS due to reports coming to the Sheriffs Department alleging that Dakota, his girlfriend Kynli, and Dalton are staying in a home alone with no adults. The concerns individual also stated to Invest. Smith that the children were not in school. Kynli is pregnant and will be having her baby within the next month. After going to the home Invest. Smith and DFCS worker were able to assess that the allegations were true and the home was filthy and no adults were in the home and the children were not going to school. On 04/27/16 law enforcement was called to the home and Lacee was arrested for domestic violence on her brother. The reporter stated that the family has history with DHS and Kevin has been in DHS custody in the past because of his sister’s violence. The reporter stated Sharon regained custody of the child because it was reported that Lacee was no longer in the home. The reporter’s concern is for Kevin’s safety now that Lacee is back in the home and the child’s mother is unable to protect the child from Lacee. Ms. Castle stated both Kevin and Sharon are afraid of Lacee and Lacee is allowed to run rampet in the home. Ms. Floyd received information from Ms. Goods stating she’d put her mother out of her home because of her crack use. Brittney was not put out of the home and is currently residing with her sister. Brittney’s basic needs are being met by her sister and Ms. Goods appears to be a better and more responsible caretaker. Brittney has been in and out of the court system and Ms. Higgins has legal custody of the child at this time; Brittney is without a legal guardian since her mother was put out of the home. It’s unknown what date Ms. Higgins was put out but the information was reported on 08/11/15.

On 11/4/16, FFA social worker (SW) Maria Morales Munoz visited CFP Gina Medina. On her way out, Ms. Medina accompanied SW to the gate. Around 5PM, Ms. Medina informed FFA SW Munoz, in person, that Juliana’s current foster mother, Jackeisha Meadows allegedly allowed Juliana to have her boyfriend over to have sex with him in Ms. Meadows home. On 09/03/15 Mya had a court hearing for charges as a runaway. According to the child on 09/02/15 her mother and mother’s live in boyfriend argued and somehow the argument filtered to her. After the argument, Ms. Perkins and her boyfriend got into their car and moved out of the home. Ms. Perkins told Mya she could not go and the child was left at the home alone. After her mother left, Mya contacted law enforcement who came and took her in because of the previous runaway charge. At this time Mya has disclosed to the reporter that she doesn’t want to return to her mother’s home because she’s mistreated, her mother buys her boyfriend clothes and pays his bill, and doesn’t provide food for her to eat. Samantha was at the above address with her 9 year old daughter O.M and her ex husband Odis Menie arrived. Samantha did not ask Odis to come to the home. Odis moved in with his mother about 3 weeks ago. Odis was supposed to have visitation with his daughter last week and missed the visitation. Odis arrived to try and see his daughter on 09/17/2017. Phillip Wilson states the day of the physical altercation between he and Christina Smith, Ms. Smith showed up at his home and did not come outside to speak with her until his mother, Cherri Wilson arrived at his home. Dicks escorted CPS into her home and apologies for her outburst and informed CPS that she has been running around all day and has been all over the place. CPS asked Ms. Dicks when the last time she saw Zanasia. Ms. Dicks reported at the last court date around February/March when the judge order the mental hygiene warrant. Ms. Dicks reported that the child was ordered into the care of ACS for her to complete her mental health warrant however the child AWOL from placement. Ms. Dick reported that since the child AWOL ACS has done nothing to help her locate the child. Ms. Dick expresses that ACS does not show up to court dates. Ms. Dicks stated that she now regrets filing a PINs warrant on the child. CPS asked Ms. Dicks what was the reason the files a PINs warrant. Ms. Dick reported that the child was absconding from the home and coming home very late at night however the child usually returned after 3-4 days. CPS asked Ms. Dicks if she has any idea where the child can be. Ms. Dicks stated no. Ms. Dicks reported that the Zanasia occasionally text her when she have Wi-Fi service. R/s Rebecca and her girlfriend, Lilly drink alcohol excessively. R/s there is possible drug use as well. R/s Rebecca and Lilly fight when they drink alcohol. R/s Rebecca allows Haley to take Hunter with her to NC. R/s Hunter is observed wearing filthy clothes that are tore. R/s Hunter is behind in school because Rebecca transfers him to different schools a lot. R/s there is suspicion of verbal abuse.
