On 7-15-2016 at about 2355 hrs I was on regular patrol in the Wells Fargo
Parking lot at 101 Auburn Way N, when I noticed a black BMW, WA/164YBW. I noticed that there was a male slumped over his lap and appeared to be passed out sitting in the driver 's seat.
I advised dispatch of my location and approached the vehicle. Once at the driver 's side window I observed that the male was passed out. Also in the center console next to the tin foil, I observed a small clear baggie with a brown substance in it. I believed, based on training and experience, that the brown substance was heroin. I also observed another small clear baggie in the center console which contained several small purple pills.
On the passenger seat I observed a large clear baggie with several large purple pills which appeared to be in plastic packaging. The pills appeared to be different than the smaller purple pills I noticed in center console.
At this point I knocked on the

Seizure, probably, he assumed. He only saw a convulsing silhouette. As they rolled the newly acquired patient into the hospital, he felt it as his cue to leave the window and return to work. Straightening out the curtains he came back to his desk, reopening the file and beginning to flip through the important documents about one of his patients.
This picture seems to be taken in a subway station. A statioin staff is trying to wake up a businessman on a bench. However, the businessman seems to have passed out, so even though the station staff is touching him gently by his shoulder and knee, he doesn't react to him. Perhaps he has had some worries, that's why he has drunk too much today. I feel sorry for his toil. I hope he comes back to consciousness and he goes home
