One goal I have for the present is to eat healthier and snack less. I find myself eating processed foods too much and I snack when I get home from school because I like to stress eat. My goal includes three bold steps to take in order to achieve it. One step is to limit the number of processed foods in my house and also start eating the healthier foods in my kitchen. I have enough control over what is bought for groceries that I can decrease our processed foods quantity. This goal is important to me because my health and well being are directly affected by what I eat and I would like to improve both things. The temptation is what makes this goal challenging. I must try my best to overcome temptations and stick to my goal. I represented this goal on my project by many pictures of healthy food choices. My long term goal is to teach. I love babysitting, volunteering at Monkton Central School. I have wanted to be a teacher since I can remember. My mother has inspired me to be a teacher, through her impacts on the children she teaches daily. This goal is very important to me because it is helping me choose where I want to go and what I want to do when I get older. It is questioning what is going to make me happy as well as successful in the future. It is very challenging because it makes me question what I really want to do, and what classes to sign up

In my opinion I think people should set small goals first, and work towards those, while they still have the one for weight loss, but in order to keep the motivation there, work on small things that would help you lose weight and focus on goals that can be accomplished in your set amount of time. After analyzing my overall wellness I realized that as a goal, I should really focus on my physical health. My goal is to start exercising, and to stop eating so much sugar. Instead of riding the bus most of the time, I will walk home. Instead eating sugary snacks i'll try to only eat what my mom makes which is breakfast and dinner. I will also try my best to pack my lunch with actual fruit rather than fruit snacks or any kind of those snacks. Walking home will help me get more exercise and it will also help me to burn more calories. Eating less sugar is no problem as long as I only eat what my mom makes, because she makes healthy food. In conclusion, I really do believe that I can finish my 30 day challenge successfully.
My second goal is to get an education that will allow me to get a job or a better job. It will also give me job security even though it may not necessary be at the same job but it will allow me the security of knowing that when I decide to move on I do not have to worry about what kind of salary I will be earning .With my degree there are many different opportunities for me.
