Why do want to be staff?: First off, I really appreciate this opportunity! I also thank you for bringing me and my friends this totally awesome network of unique servers! I also want to thank The Staff for making me Trusted!

- I'd like to become staff for one general reason, and that's of course to help. This statement branches off into numerous reasons, of course depending upon what server I'd be moderating. To start off, let me include that the server I play most is OP Factions. My main goal for this server is to make it a larger and more well known community. Aside from that, I'd like to stable an environment where rules are followed at all times. As we know, OP Factions is one of the smaller servers, and players at times take advantage of that to disobey rules when there are no staff online. If I was added to the staff team, I would be there to kick/mute the players that constantly advertise, use racism, or the one player that camps warp pvp with hacks.

If I am to get staff I will help out the server by being active and helping players with their problems. I will also warn people before I report them or mute/kick/ban them. I am active on the forums and will help people with their problems in the shoutbox.

Why should we choose you and not someone else? Trick question because I don't like to stand out but my voice hasn't broken yet so I sound like a squeriel so.. That kinda makes me stand out. You guy's should pick me because I of course have some experience with being staff, I am aware in what is going in certain situations I do know how to make the people I am helping happy, I don't like to be rude to anyone because that is really not a good rep on me and the server so I don't want to do that. I do joke around a lot but I don't mean anything personal towards anyone. I kinda really want to just have fun on the server and not be strict towards anyone, I just make sure to follow my rules and make sure they are following the rules that were given to them. I probably would stand out more than other's because I do like to interact with players in chat rather in msg's because being staff I know how hard messaging would be because of the amount of people msging me at once. I solve people issues A.S.A.P I would be in the teamspeak daily because of the reason being I love helping people that have problems and are awaiting in the teamspeak "staff support waiting room" I like to handle those people, and while I am helping those people listing to what they have to say I am resolving there issue and others. 1. Why do you want to be staff? -I believe I should be staff on this server because I've always wanted to. This is a really good server to start with because this is the most trusted and familiar server I play on. Also I have plenty of ideas I could bring to the server. Such as rank ideas and plugin ideas.

I would love to be staff on this server because I have been playing on the server for two days and already I love the people they are so nice and respectful, but there are the few that are on when staff is not and they break rules or say hurtful things and are not punished for it and that is one of the reasons I would like to join is to make sure the people who want to have fun are capable of doing so with out the

Do you have any previous experience ?:I really don't have much staff experience, but I know this will help the server out. I was once Moderator on RougeHCF it got 20-30 players a day and recently it got shut down. I was also a staff member on BubbleHCF it got like 20 players a day it was a pretty good server in till the owner could not pay for it anymore. I would really like to start a good staff experience on this server.

With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players. I know how to deal with everyone on an HCF server, deal with hackers and that stuff. I don't have very much to say. I am applying because I see a missing space in the staff
