Our department is constantly hiring due to the high work load. However, adding more adjuster bodies does not necessarily solve the issue of high call volume and voicemail trends. Our position is known as a high stress position, a high turnover department and a low morale area. By introducing the Customer Support Group Line, our customers would immediately reach a representative by phone that would have the skill to respond to their request and concerns. Allowing this group to take a statement would result in reduce claim cycle time, faster liability decisions, repairs being arranged faster, and even checks being issued immediately in most cases. Since we are working with claimants, these results could also lead to additional business or new customers, strictly from a better experience.
Target Corporation is an evolving company. Target has great expectations for its future. For the year 2015, Target aims to expand its experience in order to effectively alter their customer’s expectations and shopping behavior. Target’s industry outlook starts with opening fifteen new stores for the year. The strategic store growth plans focus on localization and customer experience. I am interested in holding an executive board position because I’ve always been passionate about healthcare and having a role in ensuring that people that look like me (minorities) are represented in healthcare fields. I believe that MAPS is doing a great job providing underrepresented pre-health students with knowledge, skills and experiences that are both prerequisite to and concomitant to professional participation in health care fields, therefore I would like to be apart of continuing such greatness. While Target is effective in their approach to vast market segments like age and gender relation segments, with the increase in technology and social views the need for innovation and change is consistent. Target currently has their clothing products merchandised on racks in stores, with little displays. If Target were to use manikins, differently lighting and product location tablets between sections Consumers would be able to visually see products that they might have not been able to see before. The customers would be able to quickly look up items on the tablet, which is innovative for both age and gender segments. The customer would be able to look up different color schemes, sizes and located them quickly while
The target population includes men and women greater than age 18. Although heart related issues such as cardiovascular disease and CHF most commonly affect persons greater than 65 and estimated 1% of the population can be stricken with disease as early as age 18. Often times drugs may be a factor as well as genetics (Heart, 2013). It is imperative all persons presenting to the ER with chest pain or other heart related issues be cleared for any possible life threating cardiac events.
