Education is the key element when it comes to the life of a child. Education is the only thing that can help people succeed in the education. Due to this fact, it is important that every child is given an equal chance in the studied so that he can be able to enhance himself and try his luck when it comes to the education. By this way, there will be no claim that any of the children was denied a chance for education. Some of the schools are too expensive for some to afford and therefore in the making of the policy where the success of each student is important, the issue about the different economic levels was put into focus. Also, there is an issue about the disability of the children. In addition, there are few schools and therefore, the number of schools per location has to be considered. Finally for this system to be effective, the number of teachers per institution of learning has to be taken into account, with the struggling schools being taken care of. Just like present Obama claimed "With this bill, we reaffirm that fundamentally American ideal—that every child, regardless of race, income, background, the zip code where they live, deserves the chance to make of their lives what they will." (Obama n.p.) ESSA does give benefits to all the students, no matter what their race, financial condition and religion. “The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) was signed by President Obama on December 10, 2015, and represents good news for our nation’s schools.” (n.p.)
