Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Changing the world and creating a better place to live in the present and for future generations is very important. How students are trained and educated influences decisions and actions that could have a profound impact on current and future events. Education can be expressed and taught to students in many different ways. A few of them are home-schooling, online, and in-school education. Most education techniques take place under the guidance of teachers or professors while other methods may be self-educated or paced. Depending on one’s opinion, a certain style of education may be more effective compared to another style. Technology and cost also come into play with each type of education. In most cases, it is assumed an expensive education will provide a child with a better education compared to a cheaper or free education. The rise of technology is changing how students are being taught. Instead of sitting in a classroom and being instructed by a teacher, students are being trained online and learning in front of a computer with very little additional interaction with other students. A style of education that has been around for many years is in-school education. This type of traditional education is what the majority of students receive.
