Introduction
Education has always been around us and whatever we do, we have to learn it first. Talking, running, reading or writing are examples of activities that required learning before it can be executed. As claimed by Hall-quest (n.d) “The main purpose or objective is to prepare the young for future responsibilities and for success in life, by means of acquisition of the organized bodies of information and prepared forms of skill, which comprehend the material of instruction.” As such, what will be taught in schools have to be in line with the needs of the future.

From the introduction of the TSLN, Ministry of Education has revamped their “Desired Outcomes of Education”. It is done in such a way that the students who will be going through the new education systems will be developed in five aspects that is “morally, intellectually, physically, socially and aesthetically” (MOE, n.d). To further support this “Desired Outcomes of Education”, school education systems will also goes through changes and be allowed more autonomy in their teaching strategies (Pak, 2004). All these changes were done to support the vision itself and to fit in the right curriculum for the students’ education. Curriculum in Education
Curriculum and aims of education are both inter-related. The school curriculum has to be planned out in such a way that it supports the aims of education that we are working on. In this case, it has to be both student-centered but at the same time ensuring that the subjects planned, will be able to prepare the students for the future. According to Tan (2006), in realism philosophy, it is suggested that curriculum are planned in such a way it is organized and covers basic subject matters such as mathematics and languages. On the other hand pragmatic approach is ensuring lessons are student-centered taking into consideration students’ interests and needs.
These two approaches have to go hand in hand in order to succeed. We can still ensure students are well prepared by having those learning lessons which are

From the dawn of time, education has been the past's greatest utility in survival. Through learning, skills that have been passed down from the errors of others, communities were able to learn and grow with each other. Simple public education systems began to pop up to educate the youth and the curious, and ever since the first school systems began there has been room for improvement. The largest reforms of the educational system began at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution.
The education of children has existed since the beginning of time as parents have taught and molded their children into the young adults they desired them to be. Initial training of children was not in a formal setting, although history would see numerous settings, purposes, and methodological changes. Philosophies of education have also changed through the years as various voices have seemed to grasp the purpose of educating the next generation, thus laying out objectives to reach those goals of teaching children.
Consider the following situation: A car is driving past the local elementary school on a hot and sunny July afternoon. As the car approached the school the driver notices some unusual things. Students are outside with the teachers for recess, and it looks as if school is in session. The school is on a year-round schedule. The driver is intrigued and decides to do some research. From the research, this person found that students are achieving more academically and the teachers are well rested.

I come in with basic knowledge and the BSN nurses that I work with not only have experience but most if not all have that edge on me to deal with the family, look at the big picture and have the leadership skills necessary to conduct a fully functional unit and a calmness about them that tells you they can handle every kind of situation. A situation I can think clearly of is when I had a change in condition in one of my patients and coded, I could deal with the basics that I was taught in nursing school like CPR, calling for help, calling for Code Blue, IV access but I was incapable of dealing with the family who was at the time hysterical about their loved one impeding the process of resuscitation. The BSN nurse that responded to the code and was assisting in dealing with the family and calming them down and getting them out of the room and speaking with them in a rational manner. The other BSN nurse that responded to the code was able to orchestrate a successful Code Blue by delegating the other team members to take certain roles, 2-3 people doing CPR, 1-2 running errands, 1 recorder, 1 administering medications, 1 staying with the family, Respiratory therapy focusing on airway, and the bedside nurse explaining history and situation to the MD. The BSN nurse was able to pull all facets of the healthcare team into one

School improvement is transformation. It is one of the most important actions of a school. It is a process that schools must use with fidelity to ensure that at all students are given the opportunity to perform and achieve at exemplary levels. School improvement is vital to schools and it is a process that cannot be done in isolation. It requires team work, collaboration, and constant analysis of data and setting of goals. School improvement goals focus on how to meet the needs of students. Addressing the educational needs, funding, and achievement gaps between subgroups is collaborative effort involves everyone that has a vested interest in the schools. While it is only a privilege to many, but in the States, people have the right to be educated. However, free education cannot be translated to success for all. The education system has been a controversial issue among educators. Requirements of school do not let student choose what they want to study for their future. It’s a big issue to force student study specific curriculums, which don’t help them improve, and what they like to create something. Educators choose a general system for education to all students which based on general knowledge. Intelligent or genius students have to be in that system of education, which doesn’t let them improve their creativity. In order to teach successfully teachers must learn about first learn about their students. Teachers must assess the student’s capabilities and interests. Some students are visual learners, while others learn from hands on activities, or verbal communication. Not all students can learn through memorization, rather they learn through interest and relation to the topic. “To realize what an experience, or empirical situation, means, we have to call to mind the sort of situation that presents itself outside of school" (Democracy and Education). The curriculum should encompass material that is most useful for a student to learn. It seems that in the majority of schools, students are not given the flexibility to guide their own learning, but rather follow rigid instructions that destroy the student’s imagination.
Since the beginning of education there have been many forms, which have been passed on from one generation to the next. Over the years education has evolved and is now seen as the education system all over the world. Today the education system is seen to be much more complex, but it still involves notions that have been around since the beginning of success, achievement and participation. Not only do these three aspects continue to contribute to the success of
