We live in a society or state. We can’t live alone. So we live together. We cannot go ahead without a leader or leadership. A leader can lead a society to achieve its goal. So leadership is very for our society. Leadership lead general people and maintain rules and regulation. In the modern age we can’t imagine our society without leadership. It is a important need of a society.
Nursing shortage and nurse’s turnover becomes the worsening problem in the health care industry in United States. Studies show that, by 2020, it may get more worsened approximately 30%, if no measures are taken to resolve the problem. The three most important things that I have learned are based on the foundation of systems theory. Communities are made of a giant system and immeasurable subsystems acting and reacting with one another. When the various systems become unstable, resulting needs arise. Often, there are so many contributions to an issue; one has a great deal of difficulty understanding the source of the problem. Rather, the primary importance is accepting the relationships between individuals and environments. Communities must recognize that those within the system are responsible for taking the steps to provide stability for existence and intervening to strengthen existing structures (Homan, 2011).

First clarifying what Leadership is not, is an important part in understanding what leadership is. People think that the people in companies that have the big job titles are the leaders of the company. That really isn’t true, you don’t have to be at the top to be a leader. Even being a manager doesn’t mean you’re a leader. A manger manages a group of people and has the ability to solve issues, monitor people and the ability to fire a person. That doesn’t mean they lead that group of people, they manage that group of people. Leadership is about people that can motivate a group of people in executing ideas and then successfully accomplishing them.
A significant part of effective leadership is the close connection between the leader and the follower, which often determines the success of the leader’s mission. Unfortunately, this leader-follower relationship cannot be created according to some simple formula. Without inspiration, involvement, and encouragement from both participants, the relationship suffers. Leaders, in particular, must give an extra effort to reach out to followers in order to initiate and develop this alliance that is so critical to the achievement of goals.
