I am doing the project ¨ Is an egg denser in saltwater or tap water?¨ While doing this project, I found a lot of things out. Objects such as eggs sink in liquids when their denser is greater than the liquid their in. It helps keep less denser materials floating. Density means the degree of compactness of a substance. I will be using EB eggs in my project. EB eggs are also known as England's Best. Since we will be using eggs in my experiment, that´s what’s we are going to be talking about. The outer layer of a egg is called a shell. Eggs have lots of protein, vitamins, minerals, good fats, and a lot of trace nutrients. Shells have about 7,000 tiny pores in them. Freshwater is lighter than Saltwater. 68.7% of freshwater on Earth is trapped in glaciers. About 400 million gallons of water are used in the U.S everyday. Every year people use about 100, 000 gallons of water. 780 million people don’t have access to an improved water source. Unsafe water kills around 200 kids every hour.
