Introduction During the last years, the banking industry has developed noticeably. The financial services industry is altering rapid and visible. Previous ways of doing business are fading fast. Together with this fast transition is also the rising competition among banks. One of the greatest influences behind all of this is the growing development in information technology. For the managers, this study would help them improve the standards of their ebanking services.

For the business owners, this study would show them that in spite of the disadvantages of using electronic banking for their business, it can still be helpful and make their banking easier.

For the individuals, e-banking can be a big help and can be more convenient especially for those busy people who does not have time to go to the banks.
