My experience in summer school, English 1302, allowed me to strengthen my writing skills by applying them to essays and real life. English 1302 taught me many useful writing techniques like the proper MLA format, how to cite excerpts throughout an essay, and how to avoid grammar mistakes. In this fast paced class we did a total of three major essays, my strongest most effective essay was, the proposal. Since I was not used to writing proposals I found it difficult to begin, but with the help of Mrs. Kane and the handy everything’s an agreement textbook I was able to deliver my essay effectively. I improved most when Mrs. Kane explained how to properly deliver this essay with the correct MLA formatting, reading the text book, and drafting/revising.

Thesis development which is crucial so that ideas can be fully explained and related back to a point which can be interpreted as an overarching theme for the entire paper, and allows the reader to interpret the topic of not only the essay but of each paragraph. Taking a step back we looked in class at the subject
Energy keeps all living organisms alive, as they need a continual supply of energy to function in order to survive. Some of these processes are continuous such as, metabolism, which is the chemical reactions which occur in the body, these occur by using or releasing energy from chemical substances. Another continuous process which use energy is the transporting of molecules in order for them to break down, and to build new ones. The breakdown of large molecules into their simpler forms to release energy is known as catabolism, for example, when glucose is used in a cell to release energy. And the opposite reaction, is called anabolism. This is when energy is used to build complex structures from simple cells, for example, tissue growth and

In my opinion, a lot of people in foreign countries are uneducated and therefore, may not fully understand the risks, complications and side effects of these experimental drugs. If they do not have the means to adequately research the drug prior to testing it, they may end up doing so without fully understanding what potential side effects are involved. I am not sure how well companies educate these foreign countries and or people involved in the case study. If these people are not educated properly than it is unethical for them to test experimental drugs on them.
