Assist agents are not remaining available because they get regular CG calls, and that prevents them from helping other agents. Because they are not in available, we are dropping these calls. We’ve had calls holding for over 20 minutes, which is horrible. Either we have a talk with our assist agents, or get a small dedicated group to take these calls.

I would like more freedom from my parents, and i’m going to persuade them using Ethos. I’m going to establish credibility by stating how i’ve never lied to them about where I was or who I was with, and I am always home when they tell me to be. I'm emailing you on behalf of the Voyager Team. We understand that Seth is diagnosed with ADD and taking medications at home, but we are concerned as a term with his behavior in class and in the hall. We are hoping that you can help us by talking to Seth about his behavior.

Wal-Mart is heavily criticized for its low level of health benefits (Boatright, 2012, 187). Our workers earn low wages and cannot elect health insurance because of the amount they would have to pay on a monthly basis. This is important to the families of the Wal-Mart employee who depend of the Wal-Mart insurance plan. I am aware that cost reduction and saving money is a priority for Wal-Mart. I understand how implementing your proposals will achieve those goals. However, I don’t support this action and I won’t enforce it.

Now looking back I realize that I told you about my idea in passing, so it is not surprising that you cannot remember us talking about it. I definitely love the idea of us still working together and Rex has expressed to me the same want as you to have a brainstorming meeting between the three of us.
