Emma her twin got stuck on a twig and those are very dangerous because if you touch anything like that on the sun you may die. and then the rocket started to catch on fire and it almost caught her on fire with it but it didn't she got out at the perfect moment because it blew up right after she started to fly away and she was shocked because she have …show more content…
Then the speaker came on "chchchchchch are you chchchchchch there chchchchchch honey anyone in there" " mom dad you were right I'm not ready but please get me out LIKE NOW I MEAN IT" "Oh no your mom and dad aren't here so to bad so sad" Octavios explained and then Emily started to get mad and she zipped right out of the rocket then she sensed that her sister was in danger but Emily was going the wrong way she was heading to earth Emma's point of view she was flying ( they don't really fly though) around and then saw Octavios holding there mom and dada hostages do then they were trying to get out but they couldn't so Emma started to come at them and then Octavios hooded her with his powers and she was squirming around then he said in a snarled voice "stop squirming or your the first one to be dropped in the twig of death" "well if I stop squirming then who will be dropped down the twig of death?" " I don't no" ( the twig of death is the most deadliest thing that you can imagine) and the Octavios did his famous evil laugh it sort of went like this hahahahaha cough cough you no what I don't need to laugh right now" "why because you are old?" Then she looked worried because she just noticed what she just said and she was nervously laughing " CUT that is awesome" the director said "that was amazing for our new show thank you thank you, you guys are amazing at that" " well we wouldn't be without you so we are going to thank you every time we see you" Emily said
Many individuals have had an influence on the United States and globally, both in the positive and negative sense. One example of a positive influencer on the world was Emma Goldman. She faced injustice from an early age, which contributed to her interest and eventual involvement in political and radical movements. Growing up Jewish in an anti-Semitic country, Goldman and her family experienced oppression and discrimination firsthand. Goldman often had heroines that she looked up to as a child whom also sparked her motivation to make a change (“The Emma Goldman Papers”). Through her lifetime, Goldman made her mark in a variety of reforms and anarchist movements, with which she strongly identified and agreed. Even up until her death in
1) “They carried the soldier’s greatest fear, which was the fear of blushing. Men killed, and died, because they were embarrassed not to. It was what had brought them to the war in the first place, nothing positive, no dreams of glory or honor, just to avoid the blush of dishonor. They died so as not to die of embarrassment” (O’Brien 20).
1. I would put myself in the place of the man on the horse he looks like he could be the leader, so the leader.
“I doubt it is no other but the main:/His father’s death, and our o’erhasty marriage.” (2.2.56-57)
“You’re breaking every decent human law, every decent human relationship, every decent thing that’s ever happened between your sex and mine” (114). This passage makes me really pity Miranda, and shifts my perspective of how she is truly feeling and all the actions that she has tried to escape have become justifiable. Throughout the story Clegg hypnotized me that what he was doing was right, mostly because he was telling it from his perspective, and I wasn’t in the perspective of Miranda constantly. With Clegg whenever Miranda was rude to him I didn’t feel any pity towards Miranda, which was very odd, how could my subconscious be put in the back of my mind the horrid thing he was doing to this helpless girl? Even when Miranda tried escaping
I feel as though Katie Nolan lacks the ability to confront her problems. Rather than making a compromise with her drunken husband, she locked him away. This symbolizes that she may not be a strong willed, emotionally stable person after all. What if she only ignores her problems until they wither away into nothingness? I took a particular liking to Sissy. Although overly promiscuous, she appeared to be a very good person. - it’s just the way she solved dilemmas, through the use of promiscuity and lies. She was certainly emotionally available, however. Which is why I believe Francie and Johnny took a liking to her.
“I know what will make you feel better. Let’s play the happy game,” called the sound of Freddy’s voice.
That first night at the barracks changed Eva’s life forever, and it changed her way of thinking. She remembers how tired she was and yet not being able to sleep that night, turning to count a handful of large moving figures on the ground. When she had gotten to 5 she jumped up screaming “MICE! MICE!” to which another girl in a top bunk looked over responding “silly girl. Those are not mice those are rats. And you better get used to them because they are everywhere,” and she was right, they were everywhere. Realizing that they wouldn’t be able to fall asleep the two girls settled on taking a trip to the latrine in an attempt to clear their heads. Neither of them could have expected what they saw. As Eva walked into the bathroom she saw the bodies
went to grab on Elina's rear , while her nipples were sucked on. The saiyan enjoyed how that rear felt on her hands. She plays with Elina's hair and revealed her saiyan tail. She laughs and brushes it against Elina's slit. ''People do want my race dead. I hope that I do not die soon'' Daizu kept on massaging Elina's slit with the tail, but does not enter it just yet. ''I want to place myself inside you. Bend over on the bed for me'' Daizu feels saliva drips off her nipples and it really got her loving Elina even more. ''I liked to be licked'' She used her tail to rub all over Elina's body and places her hands on the human's chest. ''Feels so nice'' She could not keep her eyes off Elina's private parts.
Lila lay on her bed staring at the ceiling thinking over the events of the evening. The more she recalled, the more she was mortified for acting like a love sick, slobbering idiot in front of not only the most beautiful man she’d ever met, but he was her best friends cousin of all things! Lila groaned, burying her head into her pillow. She tried to console herself by thinking she would never see him again. She could avoid him by simply not going back there. It wouldn’t be too difficult to do. She would never have the guts to venture to a club like that on her own. This is exactly the reason that Rachael had taken her there. Lila was trying to convince herself he was charming to all the ladies. He worked at a night club. Of course he would
1.Devon is the main character of the story. We learn that Devon has been screwing his secretary Shanna. Devon gets numerous amounts of phone calls from Tracy, but declines them.
1.The most important scene in the book was when Ishmael and his friends stole food from the children. This was an important scene because this is where Ishmael really becomes more of an animal living for survival rather than a boy of humanity. It leads him to become more of a robot, brainwashed by war. This leads into the making of the horrible decisions to come. This scene relates to the rest of the book since it’s the first act of truly transforming into a soldier and how it affected him as it is the baseline of all the actions yet to come. Though it is not an extensive scene it significantly changes his and his friends outlook on the civil war and what it can do to innocent people. This is a few reasons I felt the scene where the boys
Captain Abigail Ransom growled as the alarm woke her up, the droning sound coming from the comm panel by the bed. She leaned over and kissed the younger woman next to her on the neck causing her to stir “mmhh Good morning Captain” Abigail leaned over to give her a proper kiss. “Ship will be at the trading post in an hour, think we have time to have a little more fun.” She said with a grin “You're the captain.” The younger woman grinned wickedly before being drawn into a long passionate kiss.
Emma Woodhouse, who begins the novel "handsome, clever, and rich, with a comfortable home and a happy disposition" (Austen 1), suffers from a dangerous propensity to play matchmaker, diving into other’s lives, for what she believes is their own good. Despite this, she is a sympathetic character. Her matchmaking leads only to near-disasters and her expressions of remorse following these mistakes are sincere and resolute. Jane Austen's Emma concerns the social milieu of a sympathetic, but flawed young woman whose self-delusion regarding her flaws is gradually erased through a series of comic and ironic events.
I first began to write about Emma Akin and The Negro American Series textbooks in late 2013, beginning by way of a dramatic format; the screenplay. After a year and numerous months of work on this project, a curator from the National Museum of African-American History and Culture suggested I write a children’s book, at which time I began work on doing illustrations for a coloring book. Ultimately, I chose to tell the story in a book written on a 7th-9th grade reading level, in hopes that the story would be simple enough for young scholars to comprehend, yet contain enough substance to interest adults and leave them wanting to hear more of the story.
