Introduction
Employee Satisfaction, recognition, empowering employees, maintain a better relationship/communication, managing diversity, equality and discrimination are the key plans and provides a distinct advantage to any organizations when flexibility and creativity are keys to competitiveness. The main idea of managing employees and equality is to provide better environment and make a difference to their employees in their professional and personal life. Communication plays a vital role, especially when it is between upper management and employees. A word of encouragement coming from upper management boosts the employee confidence, which can be resulted in higher productivity and great work environment. "Successful management of today 's increasingly diverse workforce is among the most important global challenges faced by corporate leaders, human resource managers, and management consultants" (Barak, 2013). Employee satisfactions in terms of work environment, upper management communication, recognition/rewards are some of the factor that are not only responsible for employee’s productivity but also impacts the growth of the particular department as well as organization.
