*Since Week 1 was unsuccessful in going to sleep around that specific goal time I changed my project by pushing my sleep goals back 30 minutes for the remaining 4 weeks.

This week of my behavior change project went more successful than the past week. I noticed that this week I worked on my time management and balanced my time between school, community service, and myself. It was much easier to be motivated and do exercise because of the time change. Before daylight savings by the time I completed my shifts it was already dark outside and windy. However now that I have more time at 7:00 pm it is still sunny and warm so the weather definitely motivated me to do at least a 30-minute exercise. Are you the type of person who wants to be able to go to work everyday doing something you love, helping others who need it, and getting a smile on your face just by the smallest of things that someone does? That is the type of person I am, which is why I chose the career path of a Behavior Specialist. A Behavior Specialist is someone who works with a person who may have a disability, and they study and work with them to make things as easy as possible for their daily life. They focus on the perception of life, however sometimes hesitate to present the strong conclusions how behaviors cause certain emotion (Thompson). A Behavior Specialist is also known as a Social Psychologist, because they study how a person’s mental life and behavior are shaped by interactions with other people (“Pardon Our Interruption”). The four main behaviors that Behavior Specialists look for when studying the actions of a person are, “Self-awareness, emotion, motivation, and feelings” (“Modeling the Early Human Mind”). Although I believe being a Behavior Specialist is a dream job, there are always issues that go along with any job, in this case emotions play a role in the occupation working with people who need extra help.

The slides I reviewed for professional behavior was under the Medical Professional because this is my desired field, which Health Information Technology (HIT). Three slides were present for this review which provided a range of different attire for each group except the last slide. In the first slide there was a group two of the individuals were in business wear such as dress pants and shirts which is the norm for physicians as one had a stethoscope while the other wore a lab coat over his clothes. The others were dressed in uniforms or scrubs as they probably work in clinical areas of a health care organization. Slide number two was similar to the first one with one exception there was an individual dressed more like her worked in health

The average development of kindergarten aged children, according to John W. Santrock (2015), occurs in every area; the physical level is characterized, biologically and physically by the growth and expansion of the brain. The brain of five years-old children is three quarters of its adult size; the gray matter increases, as well as the front lobe areas giving the child ability to better plan and organize new ideas and actions. A great growth in dendrites connections with each other and "myelination" takes place, which means thousands of cells in the brain of a child are able to efficiently respond to stimuli in a matter of seconds. Likewise, the typical weight of a child between 3 and 6 years of age increases approximately 5-7 pounds, and grows 2-3 inches per year. Other manifestations of physical growth: he now has all 20 primary teeth after three years, has 20/20 vision, and eye-hand coordination at age four; and has a night sleep of 11-13 hours, usually without a nap during the day.

My overall experience with the behavior change project was positive, as I was able to successfully change my sleeping habits. Although there were times when sticking to my behavior change plan was extremely difficult, I was able to stay on track and change my sleeping habits. As a result of my behavior change, I now feel healthier and less fatigued. Because of these physical improvements, important areas of my life, such as school and sports, have improved also. My performance in the classroom and on the basketball court has noticeably become better after making this behavior change.

Appropriate developmental age: I believe my toy is classified in Piaget's stages Preoperational stage, since their learning through manipulating the material and symbolic play. So this is suitable for anyone of the ages 2 and older.

The first situation is would prevent one from achieving positively-valued goals. This puts a focus on what one expects to achieve versus what one can actually achieve. An example of this would be a father wishing to provide for his family, but with the economy now-a-days and the rising unemployment rate—resulting in illegal actions like robbery. If one is unable to achieve their intended goal, then their more likely to participate in crime in order to meet their expectation. The second situation would be to remove, or the threat of removing, positively-valued stimuli that one possesses.

The baseline data was collected for two weeks from October 1st to October 14th. The average amount of water consumed per day was 26.7 ounces. According to this average, the subject only drank approximately 38% of the target amount of 72 ounces of water, which is very low. The trend, or slope, of the baseline data may seem to show an increasing trend in water consumption, but this may be because there is one outlier, 48 ounces, that effects the rest of the data. Without the outlier, there seems to be no overall trend in the data. There is some variability in the data, but once again, this may be influenced by the outlier in the baseline data.

Weekly Encourager: Reenergize yourself so that you don’t feel worn out. Because your life is action-oriented, you must recognize that your mind and body need rest in order to function daily. Take a moment to take deep breaths, clear your mind from distractions or other thoughts, and focus on ways to detox by cleansing the clutter so that you may focus on the important things. Staying energized benefits your life and your students’ lives too.

Weekly Encourager: You are the leader that your students see each day. It is important to share the responsibilities as leaders with your students and show them ways that they can be leaders in the school environment and in the world. It is essential for teachers to delegate responsibilities to their students by trusting and modeling for them ways to carry out each delegated task.

Over the years I’ve noticed my brothers demonstrate several behaviors that I could include in this paper. Behavior is defined as is any activity of an organism that can be observed or somehow measured. (BOOK pg 4) There is a specific behavior I’ve observed my youngest brother, Jeremy do. More specifically an overt behavior, a behavior that is observed by another person. This is when he bites the skin off from around his fingers/fingernails. When asked why he bites his skin off, he states he does this when he is bored. He says he does this to occupy his time, mostly when he feels there is nothing else to do. I then asked when did he notice he did this particular behavior the most, his answer was when he is playing baseball. He commented that

The main purpose of our research is to explore behavioral intention to use ERP system on accounting context. In that case there are some ideal factors that positively influence on behavioral intention to use of ERP system such as attitudes towards use, self-efficacy, performance expectancy, effort expectancy etc. (Philamore Alleyne, 2013) Factors effect on use of ERP system has been adapted from the model called unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior. Furthermore, Alleyne and Lavine have added another two factors called attitudes towards use and subjective norms to explore the behavior intention to use on ERP system. But in our case we use only attitudes toward use in explaining the behavioral intention to use ERP system.
