I am interest in a co-op opportunity with your firm in order to grow as a student and as a person. Upon conducting research about the kind of work I want to do as well as the environment that bests fit me, I realized that my personality and work ethic coincide best with your firm. A firm that is rated one of the friendliest places to work while being a producer of major land marks and still serves its community whole heartedly is what really caught my eye. As a college student I think about the future, and the future of our planet is continuously being put at risk, that is why producing building designs that incorporate efficient energy solutions is very important to me and the future of our planet. A mechanical engineering co-op fits me best
People act different in certain situations some coward and run away while others stand strong and be courageous. In to kill a mockingbird almost every character shows acts of courage in dangerous situations. Atticus shows great amount of courage against the mob that was threaten to hurt him if he didn’t move out of the way and let them get Tom Robinson out of the upstairs of the jail house. He just sits there with not a worry in the world standing up and protecting Tom Robinson from the angry crowd.
I aspire to become a successful researcher applying mechanical engineering principles to tackle human health issues. My exposure to patients at the VA Medical Center has motivated me to concentrate my academic goals and future scientific career on contributing to technological advancement of human health.
The relationship between the four men throughout the passage is a more intense bond than regular friendship. They understand each other well, and the crew member’s is bonded in a strong way, which help them making it to the shore alive. The second paragraph also explains how good their friendships are, and the respect they provided to each other. This was explained in the text as “friends in a more curiously iron-bound degree than may be common”.

When I was on a softball team a few years ago, me and my teammates would communicate through the essentials of communication which are process, meaning, and symbolic communication both on and off the baseball field. In example, when we are on the field, we communicate in procedural ways in order to reach a goal. We were engaging in action when we were practicing and using our knowledge when implementing a strategic plan on how we would play the different opponents we faced especially in crucial games. My teammates were all different races so we all had different cultural backgrounds. There were people on my team who were of American, African American, Asian, Lebanese, Puerto Rican, and Dominican descent. Therefore, my language was constantly changing when communicating between my Hispanic and American teammates. Our interpersonal competence and determination to win depicted the outcome of our games. However, most of us shared the same desire and effort in helping each other learn and grow with the team.
In class: I filled out surveys every third week of the classes and the other voluntary surveys respectively. And I always submit assignments on time. Finally, I completed the Overview Exam before the deadline.
My co-op was essentially finance based, but as an accounting and finance major, leaning more toward accounting, I want to utilize this experience to give me enough exposure to both fields. Lucky for me, I worked at Constellation Energy, and since it is a significantly large company, it made my job a bit easier. Once thing that was a bit overwhelming was the fact that there were so many accounting departments, although, I was also excited about the fact that there were several routes that I could take when I figure out what I want to do in the future.
Read your discussion board presentation. I have to applaud you for the courage, strength, and perseverance qualities that you possess among all the life’s curves that come your pathway and still wanting to achieve the goal to complete the PHD program through North Central University. As I have just joined the program, you have given me the mindset to keep it going no-matter what obstacles come my pathway. I worked in a Healthcare setting for more than 25 years as a Unit Secretary, Monitor Technician and wanted something more to life. I decided to go back to school and wanted to pursue a career in Accounting and looking at the real world, realized that I should continue my education one more step further in order to be able to withstand
I sit here staring at the screen of my computer trying to determine which programs to apply for and if I will apply to college or university. Deciding my future is so difficult. A few months ago you would have never caught me even considering college. I had also never considered recreation and leisure. It was not until I began my co-op in July 2016 that I finally began to consider recreation and leisure as an option. When I first decided to do the co-op program as a recreation assistant at a retirement home, I thought it would be an easy two credits, a way out of getting a summer job and something fun to do in July during the summer holidays. While my first reasons to participate in the co-op program were correct, my co-op experience was much more than that. I loved the relationships I created with the residents and the activities I participated in. My experience had my mind thinking this could be a future career for me. Further, when I began to consider recreation and leisure, I had only considered it from a university perspective. That was until my third week at Guelph Lake Commons when I spent a day with the firefighter changing the smoke
I am currently a sophomore at Iowa State University, studying Interior Design. I am interested in having an internship with your firm. I believe that working with your firm could provide a new opportunity to expand my knowledge in Interior Design and develop new skills that will help me further in my studies.
Also, Wilson set this story in 1931 on a train from Vienna to Munich. This setting is well known as one rapidly intensifying towards the anti-semitistic views that took over in 1933 when Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party came into power. Munich being one of the original locations of interest and power for the Nazi party. For someone reading this story for the first time they may or may not pick up on this allegorical reference to the Second World War, but when it is known we are shown a whole knew meaning to the story. Wilson hinted at this when he said “Many people slept until they reached Munich. Then they all began to wake up.”. This seems to suggest that people in this time were so focused on their personal economic issues that it took them a while to pay attention to the massed genocides that the Nazis began to commit once they had obtained power.
Since a young age, I have loved science and Star Wars. I dreamed of being a Jedi for years, but I always had a special place in my heart for C3P0 and R2D2, the little droids that followed the protagonists from planet to planet. The robots intrigued and amazed me. How could something walk, talk and react to outside stimuli on its own. In fifth grade, I was enrolled in First Lego League, a robotics league for elementary school children.
My first CO-OP work term was a variety of stresses, new experiences and incredible learning opportunities. It began rather pessimistically as I did not secure a job nor even obtain an interview until the end of April. Fortunately for me, I found myself working at Global Affairs Canada (GAC) - a very prestigious CO-OP placement for any and all aspiring International Development and Globalization students. My placement was spent with wonderful colleagues who made me feel included, important and above all, appreciated. Each colleague gave me priceless advice on pursuing a career in the field of international development and gave me many opportunities to grow. My role as a summer student with GAC involved predominately logistical and data compilation
Entry Level Job: Choose a job you want to or could apply for in the next 4-5 years. It should be a real job, or a realistic job. Don’t limit yourself to fast food jobs, unless that is what you would want. What is one weakness you have? I tend to easily get sidetracked on projects, and I take several short breaks.
The development of every nation hinges on the effectiveness of their transportation systems. Movement of goods, services and people to and from work is made possible by transportation systems. The importance of effective transportation systems cannot be over-emphasized. A lot of countries are facing Transportation problems and my country Ghana is no exception. A trip of about 30 minutes can take about an hour or more due to traffic jams. This is seriously impacting productivity and has been a topical issue in the country. The situation is the same in Uganda where I currently work. To this end, Transportation Engineers are needed to design roads/ highways that will stand the test of time, plan effective traffic management systems to reduce travel
