This report is to prepare an initial Marketing Plan for a client of my choice advising the organisation in planning to target a new international market by providing them with an initial marketing plan for the new project.

Technological * New technologies can surely allow the manufacturing of new products and services for the customers, for example new boats for better water polo sports, new sauna machines. * New technology allows products to be better explained and delivered to customers. Example making phone bookings and reminders.

This consist of all those organisations and individuals who directly or indirectly affect the activities of the company according to Palmer (2000, p33)
The following groups can be identified;
Customers
Customers form crucial part of an organisation because without them there is no business. Center Parcs must consider the changing requirements of its customers and address them by using an appropriate information gathering system. In an ideal world, an organisation should know its customers so well that it is able to predict what they will need next. Example Apple Inc knew that customers need the IPhone before they even realise it, making Apple Inc one of the best companies in the world today.(Forbes Magazine, September 2008)
Intermediaries
They provide valuable link between an organisation and its customers and must understand the nature of the business and products to do their jobs effectively. Center Parcs intermediaries include travel agents and holiday makers brokers.
