Finding people who are both inspiring and empathetic to the needs of other can be very hard to find. When I think about this person I have always thought about the power of kindness and generosity that the human mind can have. This is the reason why this person and his wife are one my favorite and greatest leaders of this century. This individual has not only changed the world by ben affectionate for mankind, especially as shown in his devotion of work or wealth to people around the world but has also been a great innovator and leader in the world of technology.

This was the event that open Bill’s heart to computers and due to this interest and long hours, he was able to write a tic-tac-toe program in BASIC Compute language that allow user play against the computer. Bill graduate from Lakeside in 1973, he scored 1590 out of 1600 on the college SAT test would always boast to people when he introduced himself ("Bill Gates", 2017).
Bill got enrolled at Harvard University in the fall of 1973 and was originally pursuing a career in law. But, his love for computer made him spend most of his time in the computer lab. Bill did not have a study plan and for this reason crammed for test and passed with reasonable grade. Much to his parent’s disappointment, he dropped out of Harvard in two years in 1975 to pursue his business Microsoft with his new found partner Paul Allen ("Bill Gates", 2017). When Gates was at Lakeside he met Paul Allen, who then was two years his seniors. They became friend very fast, sharing their love computers, even though they had different personalities. Allen was a reserved individual, while Bill was feisty and sometime combative. I believe that this where qualities that aided him to weather through various storms to come. One quality seen in most leaders is tenacity, which at time can be seems stubbornness but is the one quality that makes these individuals resilient and ground fastened when it some to their goals.
