In generally, leadership is how the leader able to passionate the member to do the task. It also like guiding the members to solve the problems and also teamwork between leader and group members. So, that I choose Kung Fu Panda 3 movie for my leadership. The movie was about Po become a Dragon Warrior who going to save their world from destroying by Kai. The Grandmaster Oogway was resting at Spirit Realm suddenly Kai was appear there he told that he will take chi from Grandmaster Oogway to become more powerful like he was do other Kung Fu master. Grandmaster Oogway was willing to gives but before that he warn Kai that the Dragon Warrior will stop Kai do this all and Kai was accept the challenge and told Grandmaster Oogway that he will take the chi from Dragon Warrior also. At the same time, Master Shifu told Po that was he going to retire and Po are going to teach the Kung Fu to Furious Five. Po was ignore that he told he couldn’t teach Kung Fu but Master Shifu told he must teach Kung Fu to Furious Five because he the one Dragon Warrior. He left Po in the class.
