This process includes making sure there is enough food purchased for the truck for the upcoming week/month. It also includes where to position the truck to allow for the most optimum place for making money. If there is an event scheduled then the truck will be positioned at the event, however, the planning process will determine where to place the truck on other days. Information Tracked - This area has Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable, Sales, Profit Margins, Food Inventory, Customer Analytics, Budget, Payroll. These are all things that are tracked for tax purposes, pay purposes, and to allow us to become more effective because of the Food Inventory and Customer Analytics.
Technology Used – This area is where the checkout services are used, along with our website and all social media that the truck has. The checkout services will keep us on track for our sales for our actual vs. projected, and our website and social media will allow us to push new menu items at the push of a button.
People:
This section includes the organization of the people as well as the management team. It will also include the training and recruiting of new employees. It will go over what is required of the people who work for HealthNut such as Attendance requirements and the like. HealthNut also goes for a healthy work/life balance as well and we feel that it will keep our employees happier and therefore make them more productive when they are at work.

It is important for Health Nut Food Truck to keep an organized collection of our legal documents in our truck. The legal documents include our business license, location license, health department permit, a copy of local health codes, and an operations manual.
