The sparks fly in the air, there are marshmallows in your hair, and you’re with your favorite people in the world. This is called the best place on earth, for me at least. I enjoy camping so very much, you meet new people, experience different things, make new memories, and have a blast. Ever since technology began so prominent in the modern world, can anyone remember going outside for more than 30 minutes and not see a cell phone or computer? Probably not, as these pieces of technology have become so ingrained in people’s lives, no one wants to leave their home without still being connected. And there is no reason to, as friends, family, and strangers share the same sentiments. Unplugging from technology is not only a decision people don’t make for personal reasons, it simply isn’t conducive to a productive life, as many people’s work and social lives wouldn’t be the same, if exist at all, without being connected to other people or the internet with just a single touch.
According to Healthwise, in an article titled, Why Is Exercise Important? “Our bodies were meant to move - they actually crave exercise. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health.” (Healthwise, 2010).
We’ve all gone through this feeling of exhaustion known as exercise. It can tire us out, yet leave a rewarding, kind of paradoxical feeling of energy.
It is a well-kenned fact that exercise is very propitious to the body’s overall health. Exercise has been shown to enhance the circulation of blood throughout the body, relinquish solicitousness, boost self-esteem, and ultimately is utilized as a treatment for noetic illnesses.
You don't need a bunch of fancy equipment to go camping, although it doesn't hurt to bring it if you have it! There are a few things, however, that you might miss on your camping trip, if you forget them at home. Water- I've seen a lot of people remember the soda, alcohol and beer, but forget to bring water. While there is nothing wrong with the other beverages, they won't keep you hydrated. Drinkable water is a must, especially in hot summer months. And keep in mind that you will want water for washing hands and dishes, too. Make sure you bring enough for all! Insect Repellant- The best camping trip can quickly turn sour when the mosquitoes come out. What type of insect repellant you buy is up to your discretion, but when camping, I personally prefer to bring something that is sweat resistant, and designed for deep woods situations. Sunscreen- Unlike a day at the beach, where sunscreen is usually the first thing we pack, people sometimes forget to grab the sunscreen when heading out to the woods. However, the sun still shines at the campground, if you're lucky, and if you plan to be out on the water at all, you're going to want that sunscreen. Baby Wipes- Some camp sites have running water available, or perhaps you're camping in an RV with hookups for water. But either way, baby wipes offer a quick easy way to clean up. They are great for washing hands and faces, and small messes. Entertainment-

Camping is a great recreation for the whole family and a wonderful way to spend a week or a weekend. There are plenty of great camping within an easy drive from where you live. These easy drive camping destinations offer many options for hikers and bikers, horseback riders and boaters. There are also many events throughout the camping season, so be sure to check those out while planning your trip.
Exercise basically makes it easier to stop dwelling over sadness. Physical activity makes you unstress faster. When you are concentrating on the positive for even a couple of minutes, you become instantly become a happier person. When you exercise your mindset becomes more open and leads to less stress, which is better overall. If people start to realise these easy ways of reaching resilience they will become a much better person faster. What is technology to you? For some people, it's a lifeline they can't go without it. If you were a gamer, how would you feel about not being able to play for a whole week? What about music junkies? Not being able to match a song to each of your feelings for a whole 168 hours. Possibilities are endless but participating in “Shut Down Your Screen Week” is not one of them. For instance, being plugged into social media allows you to look over and receive news, and look at the diversity of the world. Also, the internet contains so many astonishing materials. Although, screens provide us with many convenient things it is also addicting.
In the article titled “The Pointlessness of Unplugging,” by Casey N. Cep argues the worthlessness of unplugging from technology. He goes on to explore and share with the reader several reasons people like to unplug while using “The Fifth annual National Day of Unplugging” as the focal point. He explains how anxious everyone has become because of the pace technology progressed by saying “How quickly the digital age turned into the age of technological anxiety” (Cep, 2014, para 3). He then states statistics backing his opinions on why he believes the idea that online connections aren’t authentic is false. The author then shares a story on missing the news of his grandmothers death directly related to him unplugging from technology. Cep’s article has several great points all in which I agree with completely. To evolve as a species we need to learn to not fear the unknown but to embrace it and learn from it as we go, not shut it down before it has a chance. As an American what would the country look like if we all unplugged? I hope the country has watched their fair share of post-apocalyptic movies because that’s where we all would be if technology was suddenly ripped away from our hands.
It is important to have good company in order to make the camping trip worthwhile and full of memory-making opportunities. It can also be great for those who prefer to have some peace and quiet time alone. This also gives us a moment to witness and experience nature first hand, and to take a break from all the distractions of the faster pace lifestyle. Camping is an opportunity to get away from the usual day to day routine and to get involved with something new and exciting.

Exercising can impact a person’s mood and psychological personality as well as improve their immune system and overall wellbeing.
