Results from my Jung Typology Test™ turned out that I am an ESTJ-Extravert 1%: marginal or no preference of Extraversion over Introversion, Sensing 3%: marginal or no preference of Sensing over Intuition, Thinking 9%: slight preference of Thinking over Feeling, and Judging 34%: moderate preference of Judging over Perceiving. However, because I have a marginal or no preference of Extraversion over Introversion, as well as marginal or no preference of Sensing over Intuition. ESTJ’s also have an acute awareness for convention, encourage work ethic and are opinionated, have high principles, and are capable of making hard decisions. After reading the functional analysis of the INTJ, ISTJ and INTJ I don’t think that I fit into any of those categories, so I’m not going to dive into their characteristics and waste anyone’s time with irrelevant prattle. Information of what personality type I fit into can help me ascertain and employ my strengths in order to complete tasks even when I am doing job duties that I find tedious and boring and aren’t a favorite part of my job. Now that I know what personality type I am, I am able to determine the reasons that I had an unsatisfactory fit in previous jobs and search for positions that are work better with my personality
