Ethical Decision Making Recognize an Ethical Issue 1 Could this decision or situation be damaging to someone or to some group? The first party involved could potentially face legal trouble or termination of their position. The second party may be damaged because it is taking away from the supplies used for customers and the needs of the business. This decision does not involve a choice between a good and a bad alternative. The employees are choosing to take the pizzas rather than pay for them, which they have been told they need to be paid for. 2 Is this issue about more than what is legal or what is most efficient?
